Povezava za kolesarje je imenitna ob morju, do Kopra je samo 4.7 km, pod stoletnimi borovci. Če pa izberete kolesarsko pot proti Portorožu in Piranu, imate dva vzpona in tunela stare železnice PARENZANA. Izola ima mestno plažo Svetilnik, najbolj čisto morje je tu. Plaža ima naravno senco borovcev. V morju se kopamo do sredine oktobra.
