The property is located 13 km from the center of Kouvola, 10 km from Tykkimäki Amusement Park and along the way to Repovesi National Park, which is 35 km away. The basic number of guests is 2-4 people and the property can accommodate 8 people/5-8 people are subject to an additional fee.

Sijaitsee rauhallisessa paikassa lähellä metsäaluetta, jonka kautta helposti pääsee Käyralammelle ja Tykkimäen huvipuistoon. Asunto hyvin varusteltu (pesukone, veden- ja kahvinkeitin, mikro, lakanat, pyyhkeet). Tupakointi parvekkeella kielletty, erillinen tupakointipaikka autoparkin veiressä.

Viihtyisä, tilava olohuone kutsuu rentoutumaan, myös TV:n äärelle. Makuuhuoneessa 120cm sänky, lisäpatjan saa pyydettäessä. Asunnosta löytyy pyykinpesukone, keittiösyvennys ja lasitettu parveke. Asunnossa ei Wifiä. Lähellä ravintoloita ja baareja, Hansa-keskuksen ruokakauppa (S-market) n. 200m päässä talosta.

Kitchenette (stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave), double bed, baby cot available on request, dining table, TV with chrome cast, internet, toilet, shower, dressing room and wood sauna. Outside, a wood grill with equipment. Large glazed terrace with radiator. The price includes linen, towels, wood, paddleboards and a rowboat. The tap water is potable and warm.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (1.11-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.

The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

The apartment has a sauna and a glazed furnished balcony, where it is nice to cool off after the sauna. There is space for free parking along the street.

Parveke kävelykadulle päin. Tarjoamme aamukahvin/teen. Shampoo, hoitoaine, suihkugeeli, pyykinpesuaineet, lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan. Rautatieasemalla on pitkäaikainen parkkipaikka ja talon edessä 2h kiekkoparkkipaikka. Ei lemmikkejä. Ei Wi-Fiä.
