A very clean and spacious place, we took a family trip and loved the place

Mauricio is a kind and thoughtful host! He went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had a comfortable stay. The place is very clean! Imagine our surprise when we found out it was just 2 blocks from our favorite restaurant! If you love to walk you will never need a taxi because it’s less than 1/2 mile to just about everything in town. We had such a lovely time. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

The house and pool were even better than the pictures! Such a beautiful place to stay and in a lovely, quiet gated community. Everything was perfect. Leticia is a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and beyond. We would definitely recommend staying here. Definitely helpful to have a car to explore as the villa is a few km out of Valladolid

We had a fantastic experience staying here! The house is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a charming atmosphere. It's conveniently located just a short walk from downtown, restaurants, and shops. We accidentally locked our keys inside, and the owner arrived in less than 10 minutes to help us out—such a quick and kind response! A major bonus for us was the accessibility. We were traveling with someone who has limited mobility, and this home was perfect. It’s all on one level, with wide doorways and flat, spacious sidewalks surrounding the property and all the way to the main square. We’re very grateful to the hosts and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Valladolid.

The house is beautiful, the facilities are the best, the pool is exceptional and it feels like being in the middle of the jungle, although the center of Valladolid is only a few minutes away. It has wifi, air conditioning, in short, everything, super spacious and modern

My stay was very pleasant, the facilities are in good condition and very clean. The distance to the center of Valladolid is close by car. There was a problem with the 2 bedroom a/a but Mr. Arturo attended to them as soon as possible.

Very good accommodation, quiet, no noise, comfortable, market nearby to get a very rich breakfast at a good price. :) Thank you for renting us your space.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The price is fully justified by what it offers. The bed is very spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen worked perfectly; we were able to have breakfast and lunch in total comfort. We have a wonderful rest, like kings. As a detail to improve, the shower had little pressure and some holes were covered. Also, during the night a neighbor occupied the assigned parking spot, so we had to leave the car a bit further away. Luckily, they later released the space and we were able to park again, although we were left with the worry during that time. Outside of those details, I would not hesitate to recommend this place for future stays and to enjoy Valladolid.

Loved it, I felt right at home. If I go back to Valladolid, of course I will stay there again. I felt warm to Audrey and Alberto as if we were family. Super friendly offered me a blanket because there would be temperature drop, of her initiative. Thank you for having me with fruit, cookies and water. Those kinds of details make a difference. Georgina’s place was perfect for our stay. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. And her guide to the town is very helpful. The hammocks in the living room and Netflix were a nice touch! I’d stay there again.

A very comfortable place

What an amazing place to stay! Our family of 7 enjoyed it here. Very friendly host. Upon arrival there was a handwritten note, cookies and a bottle of wine. Within walking distance to the center and lots of good eateries. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I stayed four days, everything quiet clean, the parking, the trees😍 the reception and goodbye in clear order and explanation, on returning it would always be my stay!!!

I liked that everything was very clean. And in front there was a Santos Lugo for the super. It is not close to the center to walk but if you bring car without theme you arrive in 10 min.

If you want to have a quiet, pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay, without a doubt this is the best option for her. Centrally located and easily accessible. A place where you could enjoy walking around, as everything was nearby and easily accessible. The hostess was always attentive to both of us and gave us good tips according to our requests. Airbnb was counting on everything. I definitely recommend it, from the beginning to the end we enjoyed our stay. A very nice place for when you go with your partner to give you a break of everything.

The unit was clean. The beds were comfortable. The Air-conditioning worked fantastically. We always had hot water during our stay (low water pressure but that's just Mexico). The area was quite (no loud cars or motorbikes and no barking dogs). And the curtains blocked out all the light. We had the best sleeps here out of all the places we stayed in Mexico 👌🏼 The place is a 10-15min walk from the centre of town and ADO bus stop. Adrian was prompt in responding to our messages and helpful.

The attention was good, she was always attentive and quickly cleared up her doubts.

the very nice place full of vegetation you feel at home, Mrs. Alejandrina very kind gave us recommendations on what and where to eat since we had been for limited time, warned us of the activities that would be carried out in the village we would definitely stay in this place again.
