Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Valle de Cofrentes

Unfortunately, we only had two days in Gareth's accommodation, but we can recommend it without reservation. The property is very large and quiet and we were able to park our camper van safely. The house itself is as described in the photos/advertisement and nothing is missing. Gareth as a host is particularly positive, who was extremely flexible and always easily accessible at check-in and check-out. We would come back anytime:)

We stayed at Jean Pierre's beautiful place for two nights, as a big group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only is the house itself set in peaceful and picturesque surroundings but the interior is cosy and warm with fun extras. We appreciated the pellet fire and the open log fire in the kitchen too. The kitchen itself is very spacious which was ideal for us to use for our big group meals. The bedrooms are comfortable and really nicely decorated. What made our stay so good though was the hospitality and kindness from Jean Pierre and his wife, Amparo. We organised a wine tasting one evening at their bodega and they were so accommodating, knowledgeable and great company. It was a very special evening that really added to our birthday celebrations! I would definitely recommend staying at El Poblet. You will be very well looked after. In fact, I'm already looking forward to booking again in the future.

Peace, tranquility, a perfect weekend. Just the outside alone is worth it. We would have stayed to live!!! We will definitely be back. The hostess is very kind, she answers any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us in your home, I hope to see you soon

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

The location directly on the water is fantastic. Small grocery stores right around the corner. 2-3 good restaurants also right around the corner. Charming villa with stylish details. Hosts Mario and Sara were very helpful. Distance to Valencia by public transport a bit far: total 1.5 hours Beach Bar Punta Negra highly recommended: 15 minutes walk from the villa along the beach We were 8 ladies and had 4 super nice days :-) Thank you Mario and Sara

We had a great weekend. The house is as shown in the photos. It's clean and we've been 10 from minute 1. Despite having an unforeseen event, it was resolved quickly and efficiently, so it barely affected us. Communication with Desiré without problems, respond quickly. Thank you for allowing us to extend the check-in and check-out times and thus enjoy the stay even more. We were 3 families with children, we really enjoyed the pool area that had umbrellas, sun loungers, low tables... The barbecue area was also well equipped. In general, the entire outdoor area is very well maintained. All rooms have a ceiling fan. Living room and hallway area with air conditioning. Mosquito nets on all windows... In short, cozy and 100% recommended. We'll be back for sure.

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

Great apartment for a family looking to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food markets in the area within easy walking distance. $15-$20 taxi rides into the old town of Valencia. We booked our own trips to the airport but the hostess had her recommendation. Parking available for a rental car which we did use for one day, but in general you don't need a rental car. One point that might not be totally obvious...there are two porches - one facing the front (beach), and the other facing the back (street). Helpful because you can either stay in or avoid the sun as needed. We hope to return some day. Valencia exceeded my expectations, and I've been to Madrid and Barcelona many times (not that those aren't nice cities as well).

The accommodation is perfect and the surroundings are a wonderful place. Alba is a lovely person and an unbeatable host. All of 10. We are already counting the days to be able to return.

Very equipped, comfortable apartment in a very sweet location overlooking the mountains. Beautifully designed, very comfortable bed too!

The apartment was as described, location right at the beach which is a dream. Very nice opportunities to sit outside, either on the private balcony or on the rooftop. It is shared but each apartment has their own space. It was also clean. A car is absolutely necessary. The next supermarket is around 5 minutes by car but walking would be really far, as the apartment is located in a small village. Would absolutely recommend, just be aware that you will require a car and there is not much around. However great apartment for relaxing, enjoying the beach especially for a family

We were 3 ladies, on a 4 night trip, and Jordi's apartment was perfect for us. It's in a relatively peaceful neighbourhood but has an amazing cafe for breakfast on the corner, a big supermarket on the same block, a row of bars and restaurants just across the road, and is 20 mins into the centre of the old town. Jordi was a brilliant host: from the PDF sent at the time of the booking with all his local recommendations, to his offer of early check-in/late check-out as he didn't have bookings either side of ours. This meant that we really got to enjoy our last day in Valencia instead of lugging our suitcases around until our evening flight. It's in a very striking building, and it's green turrets making it easy to spot from quite a distance a way. Quite handy for those of us, who are navigationally challenged. Valencia is a city that has everything. I'd go back for another visit and I'd stay at this place whenever I do.

Fantastic stay. Perfect apartment for us, exactly as described. Communication was perfect throughout, incredibly friendly. Check in was flexible and easy. Great location, only 1 metro stop into the city centre. Balcony was fabulous, very private. Highly recommend

The property is extensive, quiet and very homely. Easy to relax and chill out by the pools while the barbecue smokes away. Juan was a welcoming host and we would not hesitate to recommend a stay there.

Perfect stay with friends. With all the comforts, space and facilities. They even have more than they advertise, such as paella pans with gas wheels and barbecue grills. It wasn't missing a detail.

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

A wonderful house with a beautiful large garden. Exceptionally clean throughout. The dressing table for ladies to do hair and make-up was much appreciated! It's a luxury that you don’t always find in holiday homes! Gabriel was absolutely brilliant. Always helping in any way he could. Constant communication and advice. Very friendly and it is very clear that Gabriel cares deeply about his home. We had a lovely relaxing break and enjoyed our stay. The pool was rather cold but that was due to the time of year and May being so early on in the season. We cannot thank Gabriel enough for everything and for looking after us so well. The nicest, friendliest and most helpful host we have ever met. THANK YOU so much Gabriel.

Natalia’s place is wonderful. Great location, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, coffee shop all walkable. Tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and outside space. Great for families and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen — home from home feel. If you want to see Valencia you need a car. Natalia was an excellent host (one of the best we’ve experienced) and gave faultless recommendations! We will be going back.

Spacious, comfortable house with a very nice swimming pool. The host stands out for his desire to please, his help with finding and booking local services and attractions, and his flexibility where possible on arrival and check out times.
