Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Valle de Cofrentes

Wir hatten leider nur zwei Tage in Gareths Unterkunft, können sie aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und ruhig gelegen und wir konnten unseren Camper Van sicher parken. Das Haus selbst ist wie auf den Fotos/im Inserat beschrieben und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist Gareth als Gastgeber, der beim Check In und Check out extrem flexibel und stets gut erreichbar war. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. We stayed at The Blue Diamond villa in Valencia with a group of 8 friends, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa is absolutely stunning and ultra-luxurious, if we were relaxing by the pool, cooking together in the beautiful kitchen, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings, everything felt just right. A special mention goes to Alberto, the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. This was, without a doubt, one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, situated between Barrio del Carmen and the City of Arts and Sciences. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy to get to interesting places. The 2 bed 2 bath apartment is modern and clean. All the appliances work, the doors close with no squeaks or groans. All in all a great stay. The outside/upstairs deck is very nice as well. We would easily return

De lo mejor! Por mucho uno de los mejores lugares que hemos visitado. Gran ubicacion, centrica pero tranquila. Super limpio y comodo. Carles es un grande.

Para mí ha sido una estancia muy buena en todos los sentidos . El mar está en frente y la casa esta muy bien y es un entorno muy típico valenciano , que quien sepa valorar pues le va a encantar . Es una zona tranquila pero tiene todo muy cerca . Y se puede ir en cualquier época del año . Quedan pocos lugares como ese . Yo considero que es una zona con una serie de privilegios que no se encuentran en otros lugares .

El apartamento de Joan es el lugar perfecto para hospedarse en Valencia. La terraza es espectacular, fue un placer ver el amanecer desde allí. Tiene la cocina muy bien equipada. Es al lado de muchso restaurantes y bares de excelente calidad. Sin dudas volvería.

Nos alojamos en este encantador dúplex y fue una experiencia excelente. El apartamento está muy bien distribuido, con espacios amplios y luminosos. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, a pocos minutos caminando de la estación de metro, lo que facilita mucho moverse por la ciudad. La cocina está completamente equipada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar como en casa. En general, una estancia muy cómoda y recomendable. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

Bezauberndes kleines Apartment im siebten Stock mit großem über-die-Stadt-Blick-Balkon. Sehr gut ausgestattet - alles da! Liebevoll eigerichtet und der wenige Platz ist gut genutzt. Zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Vermieter haben sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und waren freundlich. Haben uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Wir waren im Juni 2025 da und es war heiß in Valencia/Spanien. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer - ansonsten noch einenVentilator. Und die große Doppeltür zum Balkon (haben wir am Abend und in der Nacht offen gelassen). Das hat es erträglich gemacht. Für ein oder zwei Personen, die in die Stadt wollen, ideal. Wir haben auch das Parkhaus mit Ausgang genau Gegenüber der Eingangstür genutzt. Das war natürlich super Praktisch. Auch ein Tipp der VermieterInnen.

We are happy to have stayed at Maria’s place right on the beach in Patacona. Even on a popular weekend, it was very quiet alternative than Malva-rosa steps away. The apartment was very clean, looked better than the photos, spacious bathroom and outdoor patio, and comfortable living room.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

Casa Desiré was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we could walk to anything in the city or easily get an Uber or Taxi to travel to see our son’s soccer games outside the city. There is so much to walk and see from this location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace every evening, watching people below and listening to the music from the street performers as they performed in the plaza. The terrace was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer after walking the city. It is close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. Desiré recommended some great local pubs for watching soccer matches. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. There is street noise from below, as it is located in the city center, but the noise was never an issue for us. The Central Market was so close, and had great local food. For us, this is definitely a 5 star accommodation!

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Die Wohnung und ihre Gastgeber sind großartig. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause, und das in einem valencianischen Zuhause. Man kommt von hier aus sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Altstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Von der Ankuft bis zur Abreise, unser Aufenthalt bei Pilar war ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden freundlich von ihr empfangen und haben hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen für unseren Kurzurlaub im wunderschönen Valencia von ihr erhalten. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Zu Fuss ist man in kurzer Zeit überall, es ist auch sehr einfach, Fahrräder oder Taxis zu organisieren, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank!

Apartamento impecável e 100% funcional. Estava tudo muito limpo e o apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Eva foi muito solicita, me deixou fazer o check in mais cedo e respondia com agilidade. O apartamento tem todos os utensílios e amenidades disponíveis e tudo estava funcionando muito bem. Localização excelente! Voltaria com certeza!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
