Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

Nicolas is nice, and the house is lovely, I would greatly recommend if you want to spend some time with friends ans family by the pool :)

A beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, surrounded by olive and lemon trees. Very clean, kitchen very well equipped and nice seating outside. Mosquito screens on the windows are very practical. Carlo was a very attentive and friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

Accommodation was beautiful. You were on your own, the pool was very well maintained. You had it all to yourself. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Gave a lot of tips for the area and was always very easy to reach. Responded very quickly to the messages and was very helpful. Would happily come again.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. There is enough space for a couple and children, but probably not enough for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors who you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them by on the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WLAN have

2nd time staying here with my family. Such a beautiful, special place. As long as this place is available, we will continue to return

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays- so happy we decided to stay in Saint Paul de Vence and so lucky to have had this beautiful place as our home base for our visit! Not only is the home absolutely stunning - full of the charm and patina that comes along with being part of this incredible little gem of a medieval village on a hilltop with its exposed beam ceilings, beautiful old doors, and magnificent vistas over the surrounding countryside- but it also was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had the most sunning bathrooms with giant clawfoot tubs to luxuriate in after a day of exploring! We loved Katie’s recommendations for restaurants and nearby beaches and had such a wonderful time getting to know Saint Paul de Vence and the surrounding area! Don’t miss an evening walk through this village- it is magic!

Our stay at Laurent’s place certainly met our expectations. We would strongly recommend experiencing it. There were very nice additional touches - like a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh flowers.

We had a wonderful time in Nina's apartment in Lucinasco. The accommodation was super cool and beautifully furnished - we enjoyed it very much. Nina is a really lovely hostess. Everything was as described and we would be happy to come back. 😊☀️☺️🫒🇮🇹

Casa francese became our home for a soft Italian week. We went with little expectation and no research on montegrazie or imperia and found ourself in a very welcoming corner of Italy filled with sun and love. The appartment was comfortable and felt homey very soon. It is artistic, minimal, spacey and beautiful. We had an amazing view to the church in the front hill from our room that I will never forget.

It should definitely be taken into account in the case of Apricola that by car the chain of accommodation cannot be too close, and walking on the hilly old city streets can be a little tricky. Also, the property has to be considered with steep stairs inside, but the accommodation is great - clean and modern. Also, that every room is air conditioned and the evenings help to furnish Netflix. The only concern we had was with removing the trash - we couldn't find the containers for public use immediately.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Thank you Rutger and Elaine for your great communication and hosting.

The most unique Airbnb experience you’ll ever have! I do think it would be worth mentioning that staying here involves a LOT of stairs - both to get to the place and since the house is set over four stories. It was a bit of a struggle dragging all of our luggage there. But it was all worth it! The place is newly renovated and clean. We very much enjoyed getting to know the (very) old Menton and living here gave us such an authentic experience! If you’re sporty and up for an adventure this is the place for you!

Corrado welcomed us very warmly upon our arrival at Casa Teresa. For our first day of vacation, there was, among other things, home-grown olive oil, limoncello and focaccia. We lacked nothing. The apartment was a real hit and we could reach Corrado at any time with questions. The folder with the great recommendations for beaches, activities, restaurants and very good ice cream was also great for exploring the beautiful surroundings. He was on site several times and we found it exciting to exchange ideas with him. An absolute, warm recommendation - we will be back.

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a really nice few days in Montegrazie and the area around Imperia. The apartment is sparkling clean, it offers plenty of space and the layout is very suitable for four people to stay. The highlight is the rooftop terrace with the 360° view. Louis and Arne are the best hosts you can imagine, always helpful with restaurant recommendations that were all spot on. I'm sure we weren't there for the last time. Thanks Louis, thanks Arne

Very nice house with a great rooftop terrace in the heart of Apricale. Cora's little house is lovingly renovated with taste. For the four floors you should be good on foot, as the stairs are original and therefore very high. Apricale and the surrounding area invite you to take walks and small hikes. A beautiful place to linger.
