The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.
