The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

Overlooking Valloire, in the peaceful hamlet of Col, the chalet is connected in winter to the center of the resort by a free shuttle (5-10 min). The return is possible by skiing off-piste. Featuring a terrace, the accommodation offers views of the surrounding mountains. The elegant and refined decor is predominantly wood.
