La Cabane can accommodate up to 7 people. Linen is an optionnal service. The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge freezer, Nespresso and classic coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle...). The building is located on the snow front, at the foot of the slopes, in front of the Jeux chairlift.

Tiny home with theater + private hot tub.

The Tiny House faces Lake Bourget on one side and the Massif des Bauges on the other. Living room-kitchen with a sleeping area and bathroom. Cozy, practical and functional, this "mini house" is ideal for a couple. Passing through or for a week, everything is included for a pleasant stay between lake and mountain! The glass doors give the impression of being as close to nature as possible, and the terrace will be the best place for an evening by the jacuzzi.

The Chalet du Pré au Cerf

This all-wood mountain-style cottage with private sauna is located close to the family resort of Albiez Montrond. At 1400 m altitude near the Karellis, Sybelles and Val Thorens areas in the middle of nature on a plot with a magnificent view. Numerous leisure activities nearby: Skiing, Tennis, swimming, children's games, numerous hiking/snowshoeing/skiing or cycling trips to explore the famous Aiguilles d'Arves or the mythical passes of the Tour de France.

Located close to the heart of the resort, the first slopes and a chairlift, the apartment has an exceptional view. Opening onto a balcony, the apartment was completely refurbished in 2022. For 8 people, it consists of 3 bedrooms, two with double bedrooms and one with bunk beds. There is also a pull-out bed in the living room. The ski slopes are 50 m away. Available on site: ski lockers, billiards (for a fee) and outdoor parking nearby.
