The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

the house dates back to 1871 is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow you to always stay cool throughout the summer. the kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located in the front of the house there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of the guests of the house. The house is bordered by a yellow house of my uninhabited property

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
