Welcome to Romagnano, village in Valpantena, just ten kilometers from Verona. Al Sicomoro was born here, a prestigious and charming villa. Relaxation guaranteed. There is a wonderful luxury infinity pool, with a backdrop that recreates the crystalline sea. Near the swimming pool there is a refreshment area with seating and tables and a terrace overlooking the valley. The swimming pool is located in the garden of the villa and is for the exclusive use of guests, possibly shared with us owners.

One bedroom, two bathrooms flat, fully equipped, provided with a double bed and two sofa beds, it accommodates up to six people. Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family. Garage con un altro bagno e un grande giardino con barbecue. La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).
