Strawberry Patch Cottage was a beautiful house with the perfect host and safe neighborhood. When we are back in the area we would like to stay at the strawberry patch cottage again.

We had a lovely stay at the Gecko House, Unit 1. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. We loved the neighborhood. It was great to have the park right across the street for walking the dog. The walk downtown was just perfect. Robert made everything easy! Thanks so much.

Christina was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. She the made the check in and out process effortless and very convenient for us. We would definitely choose to stay at that rental house on future visits to our family in the Tampa area!

Perfect place for our visit! Accommodations were great for the 5 of us. very clean and comfortable. Great location to get on freewways and start our adventures daily. Jorge was easily to to communicate with and responded quickly!

we came to Tampa to go on our first family trip & this place was perfect! It felt very at home, luxury, clean. Lucille was a great host and responded very quickly, the makeup wipes that she provides are soo good, I had to ask where she got them from so I can order some myself. The airbnb is located near a bunch a food, lots of hot pot spots with a walmart and publix not even 5 min away! I would highly recommend staying and i would stay again. Thank you Lucille!

Overall, this rental was very good. I chose it for two main reasons: pet friendly and close to the friends I was visiting. I lived in this area for over 15 years before moving to another location. I was very familiar with the area. It was not a new place for me to visit. It was great. The goats in the back pasture were wonderful and the peace and quiet of this farming neighborhood were exception. Exactly perfect for me and my Golden Retriever, Bella Rose. I will rent this place again the next time I need to come to the Lithia area. It's a great place to live and visit.

Great host, great space and really great experience! I had unexpected company come into town and Mathews place was right around the corner from my house so it worked out perfectly. It’s a really cute house with a great flow and floor plan. It has really nice outdoor space and a story book pathway to the back dock and canal. I’ll definitely book the property again and highly recommend it to anyone reading this!

Peter’s place was just what we expected. No surprise. It was clean and if we had any questions he was right there with an answer. It was a very nice stay, and recommended Peter has a wonderful host.

Great place to stay! I have this book marked for our next time in Tampa. It was just what we needed

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

We loved this place!! My family and I stayed for the weekend for my oldest son's college graduation and were so happy to have found this gem! The pool was fantastic. They went crazy for the pool table! The kitchen is much bigger than expected and the couch is amazingly comfortable. Jeannette and Nathaniel are very proactive and fast with their communication. We loved this place! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Wonderful stay! It was the perfect setting to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Jennifer was kind, accommodating, and attentive. The space was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I would gladly recommend it to others.

Came down for a two week work trip, this house was amazing and the host was wonderful and responsive to any questions! Absolutely no issues with the house and will book again with them!

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable and fully equipped house. We enjoyed the pool and nice fenced in backyard for our dogs. But mostly enjoyed the lovely peacocks that lived in the neighborhood that we saw on nightly walks. Would definitely would stay there again.

This home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with small appliances and utensils so that you can cook if you like. It's also very close to many restaurants if you prefer to eat out. Samantha was an excellent host. Her instructions provided everything we needed to locate the property and get inside. We had no problems but she responded immediately to a few questions we had related to our dog, and checkout could not have been more simple. We will definitely check availability the next time we visit this area.

Jessica's house exceeded our expectations. It was a peaceful environment. Areas to sit alone from family and friends and to gather with family and friends. Jessica was always responsive from the beginning to the end. We will return. A home away from home.

Itay's home was exactly how this listing stated and more. This home was perfect for me and my family and made us feel at home. All appliances, electronics, theater/game room, and pool, 😁 honestly there's nothing left to say, so what are you waiting for, if you have the chance and this place is available gone ahead and book it!!! You won't regret it! Plus Itay checked on me with checking in and checking out to make sure all was well and the area is close to many stores and restaurants. Towels and essentials were fully stocked. Coffee and condiments were there. Dishware was fully stocked. Pool toys,Ps4,cable, wifi, body wash,shampoo, conditioner, and I could go on & on. This home definitely gets 5stars and I'm looking forward to my next stay at this home next time I'm in the area!!!

Beautiful home with a great view of the canal, and peaceful atmosphere. Very close to many amenities as well!
