I stayed for two months and the decision to settle here was adequate. Pancho is a very attentive person, accessible for any questions of both the house and the city, and the cleaning service is good and efficient. A lovely person. I would repeat without hesitation.

All unbeatable. The host, his father, the house (with a foosball table from the bars of a lifetime). Barbecue, eating area outside….. The PERFECT house. Fresh by day and warm at night. No street noise was heard. A haven of tranquility 10 minutes from the capital. If you come to Salamanca esta is a value-price-experience option 10/10. I wish Ruben and his family good luck with the accommodation because they deserve it. The care and care with which they prepare the stay is worth mentioning. They even let us in before the agreed time and offered that we could check out later. That's not what everyone does.
