You have indipentent access to the terrace from a separete stairway and, from the terrace, to the apartment. Free parking lot in the courtyard. HEATING EXCLUDED: 3€ PER DAY.

You can take long walks on the paths through the woods and visit the wineries of Monferrato and Langhe.
