We came to Raleigh with the family for the weekend and Nicole’s home was lovely. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable. The only concern we had was the home seemed a little dusty but otherwise we would highly recommend to any families visiting Raleigh. Having a pool was a great bonus!

Fabulous home in a gorgeous neighborhood and location. I did not want to depart when it was time to head home! The townhome was beautifully appointed with nice furniture, fixtures, decor and appliances. Each of the 2 1/2 baths was extremely clean with plush towels and quality shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The linens were sparkling white and beds super comfortable. The townhouse provides easy access to the Neuse River Trail - fantastic for biking and walking - through gorgeous tree-lined neighborhoods. The front door opens to spectacular trees filled with birds singing and even a few deer came by. Jocelyn, the host, was kind, helpful and extremely responsive - providing easy, prompt access and responding to messages. I highly recommend a stay at Jocelyn's townhome if you seek a beautiful home with access to the Wake Forest/Raleigh area.

We felt right at home! The area was quiet and conveniently close to the high way, restaurants and just minutes away from nightclubs. Ray was quick to respond and always made us feel welcomed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend his beautiful home.

This house was perfect for our golf group. Good bedrooms, spacious TV area, spacious eating area, good outside amenities, including hot tub. Pool was not in season but looked nice. Neighborhood is quiet with lots of trees. Elise is a responsive host.

Shaina’s was very responsive in a timely manner. She was very respectable. I didn’t like that I had to change my check in time. She was very empathetic gave reasoning and I understood. I wish I had more time to enjoy but the time I stayed was wayyyy better than a hotel! Thanksssss Shaina!!!!

My family needed a place to stay while we attended my grandfathers funeral. This place was perfect and right up there roads from my family’s farm where the service was held. Best part was my uncle was at the property directly beside us. My wife and little ones felt right at home. Everything worked as it should. Beds were clean and comfy. The only thing I wish it had was a dust pan. Has the broom but no dust pan which would have made sweeping up behind my toddlers easier. However this had zero impact on our stay and we will book again in the future! Thank you!!!!

The house was AMAZING! The pictures did not do the house justice. House looks new, very clean, and beautifully decorated! This is by far the best BNB experience I ever had! My family and I will definitely book again!

Great Stay for a Metal Detecting Trip Overall, this was a great stay for our group of eight on a week-long metal detecting trip. The house was comfortable and worked well for our needs. A few notes for future guests: 1. Check-In: Be sure to call the listed phone number for check-in instructions rather than relying on Airbnb Messenger. 2. Bedding: Not all beds had sheets when we arrived, but Gary quickly resolved this. 3. Guest Confusion: We had a few random visitors asking where to check in for the camp, which was unexpected. We directed them to Gary, but it seems check-in for the cottages on the property can be unclear for some guests. 4. Kitchen Supplies: The house could use more pots and pans, especially frying pans. 5. Hot Water: Plenty of hot water for eight guys showering—no issues there! Sleeping Arrangements: • 2 Guests on Cots: One in the downstairs den, one in the upstairs living room • Bedroom Setup: • 1 Room: 2 Single Beds – Shared Bath • 1 Queen – Private Bath

the area is a little rough but that is not the fault of the hosts. They have created a very safe environment within their home(s). Being that I booked so far in advance, the original images were different than when I arriv3d. we made it work. The hosts were very responsive and expressed apologies for the misunderstanding. We are repeat guests. We will continue to be guests. Otto and Fanny are great hosts.

Otto And Fanny place on the water was very clean and perfect for our gathering for thanksgiving. There were a few small things here and there but they were responsive to the few issues. overall perfect for us and if you need two places within walking distance of each other and kerr lake park then thus spot is perfect.

This is a very nice cabin with awesome hosts. All the things you may think to bring, as in coffee filters or salt, mustard, ketchup etc. No need, it's all there. The cabin is spacious (the internet is very good), everything is very clean and extremely welcoming. Don't hesitate, I'd book if I were you!

By far the best AirBNB we have ever stayed at. Amanda was amazing!! We will definitely be booking again. If you are looking for a getaway to relax and reset this is the place. If you enjoy nature you will see two resident bald eagles and white squirrels. We had the best 24th Anniversary weekend getaway. Thank you Amanda!!

What a peaceful and beautiful home! Andrew was very responsive and helpful. Home is quiet, comfortable, and was very well stocked. I could tell Andrew put a lot of thought into accommodating guests. We loved spending time at the dock and can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this place or the hosts! Such a unique and beautiful home! The property is equally as beautiful. We loved staying here. The pool table and ping pong was great to unwind at night. Not only that but Christina went above and beyond during our stay; we had to change our stay dates and extend our stay. She was super responsive and kind. Would love to stay here again and could not recommend it more!

The house was absolutely adorable and it was perfect for our family of 6. We will recommend it to anyone who needs a place out that way. It was beautiful

We really enjoyed the home it is a lake property and you can walk down to the pier and go fishing, she had kayaks that you could use, a fire pit to roast s’mores, grill and eat on the deck or just sit at the house and enjoy a good movie while looking outside enjoying the peace. She even had snacks for us as well as if you had a dog, which we did not. Loved that there was no signs of a dog ever being there, very clean. Would definitely recommend this home and would love to come back again. Had Thank you Ms Kimberly for everything.
