Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vance County

My family and I loved our stay while we visited friends nearby! The place was well appointed with attention to detail. Ryan was a very responsive host and answered questions promptly. The home was quiet and relaxing. The treats/candy were a nice touch. The hot tub was well kept and super easy to use. The temp was perfect as well.

What an enjoyable stay we had in this condo. It was so comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. Beds were super comfortable and the location was close to our family. We enjoyed the puzzles and games which enhanced our family time during our down time. This sparkling clean home is one we would definitely visit again.

Xavier deserves the superhost rank. He goes above and beyond. My 3 year old kid loves the apartment, with enough space to run around. The location is great with grocery and restaurants about 5 min walk away. If you don't have a car, a bus stop is 5 min walk that brings you right downtown. We do light cooking so the 1 pot and 1 frying pan are enough. Cleaning supplies are provided and we are clean ppl so our 2 week stay needed it. The mattress is on the soft side for certain guests but i guess it is just preference. The unit is on upper floor so it is very quiet. There is a children playground. The pool use is suspended. If you drive, a few parks with trails are 5 min drive away. Overall, it is a pleasant stay. No regrets. Xavier is very responsive and even communicated with us when we checked in at 1am.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location, we found it without any problem got through the gate but didn't see the sign at the door for wich room was ours. We used the code given and realized that wasn't the right unit we went to the other door and it all worked out. Thank you

Been quite a few spots on Airnb. Catherine and Shawn are truly the best host I have experienced….and not even close. They enjoy sharing their slice of heaven to those who appreciate all it has to offer. Gorgeous property to get out and explore and take it all in .It’s a trip my son and I always look forward to.

We loved our stay! The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with all the small appliances that you possibly need to make your morning happy. I didn’t think I would even use it when I booked, but I *loved* relaxing on terrace when it was cool enough. The neighborhood is safe, the neighbors are very friendly and location makes it easy to get to most places in the Triangle. There are even restaurants below so you don’t have too far for a meal or a beverage! The host always responded quickly and were super friendly if you have questions. If we come back to Raleigh for a visit, I would definitely check to see if there was availability here.

This is a great place to stay. Very comfortable, has everything you need. Very close to restaurants and downtown Wakeforest. We would highly recommend staying here and will consider staying again

Very good for a relaxing weekend, we enjoyed the hot tub and had a fun time making smores and listening to the frogs, SO private and cozy!

This is our third time staying at Shirley and Gary's retreat and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lake. It was the perfect size for my family and the boat dock and covered porch are both great retreats. The kitchen was very well stocked. The washer and dryer are great to have for lake towels and bathing suits. The beds are comfortable and towels are well stocked. The living room is very comfortable and TV has streamed services. The lake is just a short walk down a wide trail. We were able to fish under the covered dock and caught several catfish. We were also able to dock our boat and go out fishing and there is ample space to store fishing and tubing supplies when docked for the day. We recommend a wagon to help carry items to the dock. Thanks so much Shirley and Gary, we will return again!

Can’t say enough good things about this place or the hosts! Such a unique and beautiful home! The property is equally as beautiful. We loved staying here. The pool table and ping pong was great to unwind at night. Not only that but Christina went above and beyond during our stay; we had to change our stay dates and extend our stay. She was super responsive and kind. Would love to stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Staying at the property at 643 Garnett Street, Henderson NC was the perfect spot for my family while in Henderson for a funeral. The property was well maintained and the host were very responsible. This made the trip good even though the reason for the trip was regretful. Thanks.

This is MY FAVORITE place to stay while in Henderson, NC. The home is beautiful and you feel right at home as soon as you step in the door. The cleanliness is impeccable. You have everything you need to start you stay. David, is responsive and available for any needs . He is very friendly and helpful… He’s an awesome host!!!

We had a great time. The house is spacious and the lake is wonderful. This is the most well equipped rental that we have ever stayed in. They could use a trash can upstairs and a few serving spoons. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! We'd love to go back again!

Clayton’s place was the epitome of a classic American 4th of July! We had 7 in our group plus a baby and we couldn’t have had a better time. The house is a dream and has everything you could need as we cooked all of our meals there and even used the smoker! Also the trail to the dock was directly across from the driveway and was so easy to access with the golf cart. If anything the pictures undersold the reality of how beautiful this place was for a summer holiday. We plan to return with the same group every year from now on! This place is where traditions are made. Would highly recommend for your trip to Kerr Lake. Also use Kerr Lake Adventures for any water craft rentals - we were able to keep our boat at Clayton’s dock for the duration of the trip! Brian from Kerr Lake adventures dropped off/ picked up the boat from the dock as well - so convenient! We can’t wait to come back!
