The accommodation, which was completely renovated in 2022, extends over 90 m². Eat-in kitchen and terrace with a view of the lake make your stay an absolute relaxation. In 3 minutes you can reach the lake with a jetty for direct bathing fun. Ice cream parlor and Seebar can also be reached in 3 minutes. Here you can enjoy the evening with a sundowner or, of course, end the evenings by the lake on the spacious terrace. Bregenz can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot.

Feel at home in our cozy, fully equipped apartment on the 2nd floor (without balcony) - enjoy the path through our own orchard directly to our private beach (approx. 100 meters in front of the house) and make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers or the seating on the beach. The fabulous lake ambience with dreamlike sunsets is used by our 5 apartments used - space is ample. Parking is right by the house.
