The farmhouse is located on the outskirts of central Vännäs with walking distance to the center. The house was renovated in 2022 and includes a double bed as well as a sofa bed. Discover Vännäs on your vacation, here you will find beautiful hiking trails along the Vindelälven river, nice swimming lakes and the Ice Cream Farmer's own ice cream with flavors such as cloudberry cola and moosewort. Fully-equipped guest house with fireplace in the bedroom. Heating/cooling with 2x air heat pumps/air conditioning. Proximity to nature and walks in rural surroundings. 25 km to Umeå C 5 km to the nearest grocery store. If I have the opportunity on your arrival date, transportation can be arranged from the airport to the accommodation for SEK 500. The living environment and the view have been described as paradise more than once, so we hope that you too will enjoy your visit. It doesn't get more Swedish countryside than this!

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Renovated guesthouse on a small horse farm

Mindre gårdshus 45 kvm 1 sovrum, badrum med dusch & tvättmaskin och kombinerat kök/vardagsrum med tv på liten hästgård med alla bekvämligheter. Lakan och handdukar och en del kaffe ingår. 1,5 km från E 12 i byn med Sverige näst längsta björkallé. Nära till naturreservatet Brånsjön, skidbacken Middagsberget, 4 km till centrala Vännäs och 30 km till centrala Umeå. Bussar inom gångavstånd. Djur finns på gården men gårdshuset är allergivänligt, inga djur vistas där. Wifi finns.

Beroende på årstid finns möjlighet till skogspromenader, svamp och bärplockning, bad i sjön eller längdskidåkning, allt inom gångavstånd från stugan. Stärkesmark ligger 15 km från Vännäs och 40km från Umeå. I Vännäs finns matvarubutik, apotek och restauranger. Finns även en mindre matvarubutik i Tvärålund 8 km bort.

Mysigt boende med sjöutsikt i naturskönt område. På nedre plan finns ett stort vardagsrum, kök, stort badrum samt en liten toalett. På övre plan finns två sovrum med 6 sovplatser. - Bastu och badtunna finns att hyra i ett intilliggande hus. I det huset finns också en liten toalett med dusch. I huset finns också en bäddsoffa som rymmer två gäster. - Badstrand i närheten. - Närmaste matvarubutik finns i Bygdsiljum, 8 km bort - Närhet till slalombacke, 8 km.

Nice bright apartment in a rural setting. Beautiful view of the National River Vindelälven. Part of the Biosphere area Vindelälvenjuhtatdahka. 4-room apartment on the lower floor. 1 double bed and 3 single beds provide 5 sleeping places. Extra beds can be arranged. Washing machine, bathtub/shower. Towels and bed linen are included. Sports holiday: Ski slopes are in Vännäs, search for Middagsberget. Great for cross-country skiing around the corner. Nice views.

Note: Part of villa, with its own entrance. The host lives in a completely separate part of the villa. Smoke and animal-free and respect the noise level after 10 pm!
