Warm, cozy and charming detached house in the middle of nature. Centrally located, so that large cities such as Amsterdam can also be reached within an hour. There is a lot of greenery and a lot to do in the area, and it is also wonderful to spend time in and around the house. You have access to a spacious garden with a lovely sitting area, a hammock, fire pit, pizza oven and BBQ. The house has a lovely sofa and a cozy dining table. The kitchen and bathroom were installed in '25, equipped with all comforts.

On the quiet holiday park "De Lithse Ham" with direct views and access to the water, stands this cozy, spacious chalet with good beds and WIFI. From the holiday park you can take a wonderful walk. Cycling in the area or shopping in Den Bosch. Recreation on and in the water is also recommended. Fishing, paddle boarding or swimming in the Lithse Ham or in the outdoor pool. Playing at the waterfront, the tennis court, the playground with bounce pad. For young, old and the dog, there is plenty to do.

Maasbommel is gelegen in het prachtige landelijke Land van Maas en Waal in recreatiegebied De Gouden Ham, aan de Maas. Hier kun je fietsen, wandelen, zwemmen, bootje huren, uit eten, bowlen, watersporten etc. De voormalige koeienstal is nu een sfeervolle ruimte met royale slaapkamer, inloopdouche, zithoek, tv, volledig uitgeruste keuken. Ons appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de grote tuin. Naast de eigen opgang staat een tuintafel met stoelen om heerlijk in de zon te genieten.

A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.
