The Vita Skolan was built in 1929 and refurbished into a magnificent holiday home with 10 rooms and a fantastic kitchen. The house is suitable for one or two families with children, here there is a swimming pool, cinema room and private gym in addition to a large garden and a short distance to the beach. The outdoor area is large with plenty of space for outdoor activities. In front of the house there is asphalt, optimal for cycling, skating or other outdoor activities. In addition, there is about 2 acres of lawn around the house. There is a trampoline and outdoor toys available.

Villa Östervik is located on the outskirts of Kristinehamn on the road to Karlstad. The location is optimal if you need to get away from the stress of the big city and just enjoy the tranquility. Relax in the hot tub, take long walks, light a fire in the stove, and let your soul rest.

On Storön, you can experience tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. Here you will find Lake Vänern, which offers fantastic sunsets and swimming from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We also have a fantastic forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In winter, there are nice ice rinks for long-distance skating. The staff residence is located on a farm and every day there is the opportunity to come along and feed the animals.

In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

The guest house is built in 2010 and is 30 m2 + sleeping loft. The house is located close to nature with nice walking paths in the woods and countryside. The lake, Västra Silen, is located for swimming and fishing enthusiasts about 2.5 km. 10min walk to the center, 15min to Sweden's most beautiful trotting track, Årjängs trotting track. 120 km to Oslo, 100 km to Karlstad, good bus connections to both destinations. Additional bedrooms on the garage building, available, 2 beds.
