Cozy, clean and healthy 38 m2 apartment located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.

Entrance hall with storage + washer-dryer. Bathroom + toilet. Bedroom 1: mezzanine bed (140 x 190) and double sofa bed. Living/dining room/kitchen with sofa bed (160 x 200) and TV. Dining table/pool table. Fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, raclette machine, baby high chair). Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 200) convertible into a double bed (180 x 200) with shower room and toilet. Pets are also allowed. Baby crib. Strictly non-smoking!! Work in progress in the area.

This family apartment is located on the slopes and close to all amenities in the Albane residence in Vars. Point Show is the best location in the resort to enjoy the mountain in summer and winter. Fully equipped, it has all the necessary comforts, including a furnished ski room, private underground parking, access to the residence's heated swimming pool, and a terrace with an unobstructed view of the slopes and the forest.

Apartment of 40m2 furnished 3 stars , ideal for a family, located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a sought-after residence in Vars les Claux. Ski-in/ski-out with access to the SIBIERES TS as you leave the SKI room. 1 min from the show point and all its shops, restaurants, ESF , Les Escondus... Parking possible in the residence but depending on the world. Private wifi in the apartment.
