Vars-les-Claux, comfortable renovated apartment with chalet atmosphere, lots of storage, 52 m² apartment on the ground floor, 20 m² terrace with view of the Essyna. quiet access to the village club du soleil slope, very sunny west facing in a building with elevator and ski locker in the basement. Capacity 6 people 2 bedrooms with window: - bedroom 1: 160*200 bed -Bedroom 2: bunk beds 80×190 - 35 m² living room with sofa bed 160*200 washing machine, dryer, TV, shower, separate toilet, close to shops, cleaning to be paid on-site.

Shops downstairs. Excellent condition and well-equipped. NON-SMOKING. Video upon request. Optional rental of sheets and towels (delivered by laundry).
