Monthly Rentals in Vashon

I had a wonderful stay! The place was great—very clean and fully equipped with everything I needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and throughout the house. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which I absolutely loved. Lidunn was very responsive and answered all my questions. I also appreciated being able to get a beautiful meditation chair for travel. I’m enjoying it and love that I can take it with me wherever I go. Thank you so much, Lidunn, for all your help and support. I would definitely love to come back to the island again someday.

This was one of the best stay experiences. The home photos don’t do it justice it’s airy open and larger than I thought which was great and part of nature and so relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The construction and design makes it so much more than a cabin… felt like home. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Easy access to Seattle water taxi for the day and to hop on the ferry from the island to South worth. Host was great!

Kurt’s space was like living in the French countryside! Kurt has a small house nearby but not once did I feel invaded. The space was clean, quaint, and peaceful. Sipping coffee by the pasture in the morning, with the birds singing, was an unforgettable experience. My wife and I will be back!

We had a great stay. Beautiful location. Has a somewhat narrow view of the water from the cabin, but you can walk in front of Chip's house and you have a fantastic view. The cabin was comfortable, including the firm bed. A couple of coffee options (Melita filters, Nespresso). We wish the kitchen was stocked a bit better, as we had planned to make spaghetti and we could find only one (smallish) pot. I'm sure had we notified Chip he would have lent us another but did not want to bother him. We brought our own kayak but were unable to launch from the property because there are steep steps to the water and lugging our 82 lb tandem kayak up and down them was not realistic. Fortunately, there are great kayak put-in options within 15 minutes drive.
