My stay at Rosani's house was a very pleasant experience. The house is simple, but very cozy, perfect for those looking for a quiet and comfortable place. The location is excellent, on a quiet and peaceful street in the municipality of Miguel Pereira, RJ, ideal for resting and enjoying the surrounding nature. The host, Rosani, was extremely attentive and polite, always ready to help and ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. I was impressed by her willingness to meet our requests and make our experience even better. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet retreat, with quality service. If I return to Miguel Pereira, it will definitely be one of my first accommodation options!

It was a pleasure to stay at Walquiria's house. The property accommodated us very well. In addition, the location is very practical for those who like to walk. The house is very close to Rua Torta, with good restaurant options just a few minutes' drive away and easy access to the city center. The neighborhood is totally residential and we felt very safe. Our stay was very peaceful and Walquiria was attentive to our needs. We had an unforeseen event before our arrival and she was very understanding. That made a big difference. It is worth mentioning that she was always very cordial and full of empathy. We missed having top sheets, as they only had the elastic ones that serve to cover the mattresses. It's worth rethinking the provision of bath towels. But we knew this wasn't included. Another detail is that on sunny days the house really house gets very hot, even with the windows and doors open. Regardless, our stay was wonderful.

A simple space, but one that is conquered by welcoming, impeccable organization and an atmosphere of peace that is difficult to describe. One of the great highlights is the waterfall that crosses the terrain, a spectacle of nature that makes the environment even more magical. To sleep listening to the sound of running water and to be able to enjoy moments of rest surrounded by nature was an experience we will not forget. We feel totally at home, with comfort, cleanliness and that tasty sense of well-being. Sanderson was impeccable in his hospitality.

Julia is a great host, responds quickly and was helpful. The house is very good if you want to rest with your family, barbecue and enjoy the pool. It was quite private and comfortable, especially for having air-conditioning in all the rooms, this was a differential for my reservation.

The bathroom, by the way, is excellent, with a shower enclosure that prevents water from spreading, making cleaning easier and keeping everything organized. During my stay (June), the weather was super pleasant, which made the experience even better, with the house always fresh and cozy. We had great family moments. The living room TV had a streaming platform provided by the host and wifi internet. Rafaela was an incredible host, she welcomed us with great affection and made us feel super comfortable the whole time. Undoubtedly, when I return to Miguel Pereira, I want to have the opportunity to stay here again, because it really is a wonderful option. Everything was great! The apartment is exactly as in the photos. As soon as we entered, we could smell the cleanliness of the place, as well as the bed linen and towels, all impeccably clean. We love and indicate!

The property is extremely clean, airy, beautiful, exactly as in the listing, the kitchen has utensils and appliances that make the stay easier. The apartment has a lot of personality, it is new and comfortable. I will point out just one detail, which is not a criticism of the property, as I understand that it is about preserving the aesthetics, but I DID NOT pay attention to the photos and maybe other people won't pay attention, just like me. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and even has an incredible view of the forest, but for those with children it is necessary to be very careful because the windows do not have a safety net. Our stay was extremely peaceful and satisfying. Thank you 🙏🏽

The place is exactly as in the photos, it accommodated me, my husband and my 18-month-old baby very well. Everything is extremely clean, bed and bath linens are so fragrant!!!! Perfect location, we did everything on foot even with my baby, almost next door there is a good bakery for coffee and downstairs there is a great pizzeria, super approved pizza! And despite having an establishment downstairs, the apartment is super quiet, we don't hear anything from the street, very peaceful. We left the car on the street of the police station, which is almost in front of the entrance of the building, also very quiet. Beatriz, a dear, answered everything with attention, clarity and sympathy, always very fast! Surely when we return we already know where to stay! I highly recommend it!!!!

The apartment is as described, the hostess was attentive, the palace surroundings are charming.

Location is amazing, the best option for those who want to stay close to March 16 and walk around the city. We managed to walk to the museum, crystal palace, Tereza street, bars and restaurants, being the ideal stay for those who want to have access to everything without needing an app car. The flat is a grace, all organized, clean and has what you need. The shower could be better, for those who like hot water have to open little, but nothing that negatively influences my experience. I would definitely go back there again, super recommend for a two-person stay!

As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
