Affordable accommodation with nice nature, nice sauna.

Steven greeted us personally and was very kind. He showed us our place and gave us everything important. We only stayed here one night but very satisfied with our place. When we left, there was another worthwhile tip for a trip from Steven. We would come back!

We’ve had a relaxed stay and joined the walk with sled-dog puppies!! Surrounded by beautiful nature. What an experience :) Very kind people. Would definitely recommend!

John was a friendly and helpful host. We did not stay at this cabin due to maintenance, but we did get to stay in the main house which was very cozy and well equipped. The sauna and rowing boat are shared by the cottages and the kayak is available for rent. The property has a great view and we would stay here again.

We were in this region for fishing, Oscar gave us good tips and responded quickly to questions.

Niklas was a proactive host giving us clear instructions every step of the way. His home is peaceful overlooking a lake and only a short drive into town center with lots of restaurants. The space was perfect for the two of us and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks for hosting.

We had a great time in Mickal and Ira's super cozy house. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere and the Sauna was also great! Mickal was always very responsive when we had some questions. Would love to come back again another time.

We had nice visit on house. Everything worked well and was very clean.

In short: Perfect! Friendly personal welcome, so I felt welcome right away. The location on the bay with the great view and quiet location is just perfect, the place itself very well equipped and very clean. Since the bay was frozen, it was also optimal to photograph the aurora lights from there. What more could you ask for? Be sure to check the desk drawer, as there is a lot of information / brochures available about sights in the area.

We had a cozy Christmas celebration in the cabin, the view was very nice and there were good opportunities to walk/run in the area.

We had an amazing Easter holiday break in Marinca's cottage. They welcomed us in the home warmly, suggested local touristic activities. The house is simply beautiful kitchenware was quite complete for anything. There were too much snow at this time of the year, so hottub and sauna were so much fun! They work with wood fire; costing more effort to run but quite enjoying as it gives the old style feeling!

Great cabin in a calm and peaceful setting. Martin is a great host, very friendly, good communications and flexible when needed, He also helped us return things that we forgot without any problems. Top marks and I would definitely come back.

Our stay with Sara and Ola was the best experience we've had with Airbnb ever. From the moment we arrived we were overwhelmed with how welcoming and helpful they both were. Travelling with a nearly 3 year old can be a challenge sometimes, but our son felt right at home and that was only through the kindness of our hosts. This a trip we will never forget and one to gauge all future trips by. Even with the weather not necessarily on our side it was an incredible place to stay and the surroundings were perfect. We were even fortunate enough to see a reindeer walking down the path as we drove up. The cottage was remarkable, clean modern and with all amenities you could hope for. Thank you both. we will return soon. 😁

The house and especially the large property with porch was great for us and the dogs. The house did not have a direct lake location, but it was across the street with private access, 1 minute walk. A canoe was also ready. 2 larger beaches were in walking distance and there were beautiful hiking trails. Bosse was right next door and available for any questions. He was very hospitable and pleased us with home food and good conversations. Nevertheless, we had our privacy and were able to enjoy peace and nature. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

Spacious cottage/farm with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. We were four adults and three kids aged 1, 4 and 7, all enjoyed ourselves. Can definitely think of us to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Janneke and Maarten greeted us very kindly, they were very straightforward, helpful and accommodating. They also provided us with tips for our onward journey. Thanks to your advice, we saw moose and reindeer. The cottage is super cozy and equipped with everything you need. Lots of blankets and pillows to make it cozy and warm. We slept in the beds as if on cloud nine. One of the highlights was the hot tub, overlooking the beautiful lake. We also made good use of the barbecue area right next to the house. Although the cottage is secluded and surrounded by many trees and next to the host's house, this is no cause for concern, as they respect privacy very much. We will definitely come back and can recommend it to everyone from the heart!

We celebrated Midsummer in this fantastic cottage. The barn was very cozy and beautifully decorated. The nature and the place are absolutely wonderful. We took saunas, swam and paddled canoes. The view from the living room is enchantingly beautiful over Bygdeträsket. We'd love to come back here!

This place is absolutely magic. The reason of that is of different natures. Firstly, the hut is 300 years old, absolutely wonderful and easy to get lost in, in an absolute beautiful sense, but also, there is so much to discover - starting from the city of Umeå, which we didn’t nearly get to discover as we wanted, going on with the stunning nature around this place, lovely mornings, a beautiful view located directly at the sea, the little Sauna or as it‘s called „Bastu“, which will get you relaxed in no time and most certainly, for us - the host, Kristina. We are thankful for such a lovely host and the connection we made with her. Always good recommendations for what you could visit and such a heartwarming person. Thank you so much Kristina, we will come back as soon as it will be possible for us. And for everyone who is questioning, if it would work for them, without a „modern toilet“ - go for it, you‘ll have an experience you can tell about and feel so close to nature. Vince & Johnny
