Everything is new: ceiling, electrical wiring, water pipes, heating elements, kitchen, bathroom, geothermal heating and floors. The house offers bright and fresh surfaces that create a pleasant atmosphere. Located in a quiet residential area with proximity to everything you need. Here you live comfortably with modern standards in a homely environment, perfect for a relaxing stay. Bed linens and towels are included.

Gårdshuset är fullt utrustat, vackert inrett och har rofylld miljö. I gamla delen synliga timmerväggar. Flera av rummen har utsikt mot sjön. Huset är 130 kvm; kök, badrum med golvvärme och skön dusch. 4 vackra sovrum och rymligt allrum med braskamin. Uteplats med bord och stolar, grillplats med utsikt mot sjön samt studsmatta för barnen sommartid. Vid sjön vedeldad bastu att hyra samt roddbåt att låna. Lakan & handdukar kan hyras. Städning kan bokas. En stuga för 2 finns också att hyra.

Cottage Björn - Quiet cabin at lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Torpet in Sjö, high private location, close to Höga Kusten

Torpet är en fullt utrustad och bekväm levande idyll året om där du bor alldeles själv. Enskilt och mycket lugnt läge vid Dämstasjön. Njut av trädgården med sitt unika vattenfall och den vedeldade bastun. Promenera till badplatsen och båten. Här finns gott om fiskevatten, bär- och svampmarker, promenadvägar samt snö vintertid. På gården finns får och du är varmt välkommen att ta med ditt husdjur. Min ambition är att du ska ha det riktigt bra med mig till hands utan att jag stör dig.

Seasidehouse at the High coast

The accommodation is divided into two houses. In the main building there is a kitchen, a bedroom, living room, lounge and shower room with washing machine. In the little cottage there are two large rooms, one with a double bed and a toilet (during the coldest winter months, we close the small WC when there is only summer water) and the other room has a large living room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Stove and oven available. The view is over the beautiful sea of Ullångersfjärden.

Nice guest house on lake property on Alnö's pearl, Spikarna

Welcome to our pearl, Spikarna! We rent out our guest house at Spikarna, Alnö. Here you can in a newly renovated cottage of about 40 sqm with amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. The house is located on a lake plot with associated jetty and incredible views! The guest house has a patio that is partly glazed and partly open. Spikarna is an old fishing camp with nice views both summer and winter and a walk away there are nice forests, lookout spots and beaches.

Seaview, High Coast, close to Rotsidan

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Enjoy the summer in our rural turn-of-the-century house right at the gateway to the High Coast! During your stay you can visit beautiful Hemsön, see magnificent nature and hike at Skuleberget National Park. You can also visit caves or swim at Smitningen. For the golfer - play golf at Härnösand Golf Club which is located close to the sea. If you want a city pulse, you have 7 kilometers to the city of Härnösand. Welcome and enjoy!

Cabin by the sea

Cabin (about 55 sqm) on the host's property. Linen, towels and cleaning is included in price. 50 meters to the sea and a nice beach. It is possible to use a charging post for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can draw a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cabin. Please read the house rules before booking!
