Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Välkommen till Toppstugan på natursköna Storholmen utanför Sundsvall/Alnö. Ön har rik natur och spännande historia som kustfästning. Tre stycken kanoner finns idag bevarade på ön. Stugan har tre rum och kök med storstuga, två sovrum och välutrustat kök. Utsikten är oslagbar med havsutsikt både mot norr och söder. Transport sker med egen båt eller bokad båttransport med oss. Villan är omgiven av en slående vacker natur och har direkt tillgång till strand, klippbad, goda fiskemöjligheter och fina vandringsleder. Det exklusiva boendet håller allra högsta standard och har allt man kan tänkas önska. En bit bort från huset ligger ett utav Sveriges vackraste havsbad Smitingen och med endast några kilometer till Härnösand som ligger i början av världsarvet Höga kusten är läget perfekt!

Detta unika boende låter dig sova uppe bland fåglarna. Njut av utsikten från ett trädhus 6 meter upp i en tall. Dess 8-kantiga form gör att huset känns rymligt. Ungefär halva ytan utgörs av en stor säng med plats för två vuxna och 2-barn. El är indraget, ett litet element ger värme långt in på hösten. Brödrost, kokplatta och vattenkokare finns samt en vattendunk med tappkran. Nedanför kojan finns en grillplats för matlagning. Där finns även ett utedass med vattendunk tvål och handduk

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
