Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The ferries to Ulvön and Trysunda are just across the bay. Please contact the host if you are more than 6 people to secure bed arrangements. For long term rental, please contact the host.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer.
