Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vasto

We had absolutely an incredible experience at this place. The family of Alessio including Mary, Ivana, Gino and Forchetta was full of hospitality. Their house is on a hill looking over scenic landscape. Our space included every amenity and provided a peaceful experience for the time we spent here. We also had the opportunity to sit down with family and enjoy the home cooked meal by Ivana and wine by Gino. Mary was very knowledgeable and along with Alessio kept us entertained. We were lucky to have Alessio play his instrument for us over dinner which surprisingly he picked up only a short time ago. We had a rental car so made it very convenient to check out nearby places. We visited Ortona which was about 30 mins drive and rented bicycles to ride the infamous Costa deli Trabocchi and went for a swim in the mare. Overall our experience was beyond amazing and we would definitely recommend Alessio and his place.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

this is a rustic stone cottage in a beautiful setting. if you enjoy hiking in the mountains, exploring cold mountain creeks and cooking over a campfire,this is the place for you.

Leondina was a great host. We felt at home. The beaches around there are great. Our dogs loved the place and the fence was dog safe.

Wonderful homely quiet and inviting place to stay. Great facilities including good quality coffee and breakfast.

What can I say... it's hard to find the words to describe our experience at Casa di Mario, which was a wonderful surprise. The house is exactly as described: super clean and with everything you need (what you can't find: ask and it will be given to you). The thing that cannot be explained in words is the emotion of being, in a moment, welcomed into the family: that you relax in the energetic peace of the countryside or find yourself playing with the kittens of the house or chatting with people you feel dear even if you have just met them, perhaps sipping a homemade limoncello, hidden among the leaves of the pepper tree in the twilight magic of the evening. This, for me, is the profound meaning of "bed and breakfast": sharing, even if for a short time, life with someone who until yesterday was a stranger but when you leave, will be part of you. Graziella and Angelo are wonderful people who fully reflect the meaning of their names! Thank you: we will meet again.

We had a great time at Federico's house, welcomed by his father, a very kind person. The apartment is nice, clean and fully equipped. We didn't have to use the air conditioning because it's cool and you feel really good. The area is rich in vineyards and crops, all very relaxing.

A homely home in a beautiful place. We were greeted by Giuseppe's parents who showed us where to park and walked us to the home. We were welcomed with home baked goodies and pasta sauce. Giuseppe was always available to answer questions and sent over a really useful Google map woth places to go pins and food place pins. This is really helpful in such a remote place.

The apartment is very nice, tastefully furnished, nothing is missing and has an indoor parking space, terrace and garden. There's also a pool for summer. Barbara was precise in her arrival instructions and very friendly. She welcomed us in person, which is always very welcome. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful, super tidy and minimal... five minutes' walk from the sea... quiet area with excellent restaurants... host always responsive and friendly... with super flexible check-in and out... we will definitely be back... super great experience

The apartment is nicely decorated, the very large terrace offers a breathtaking view and panoramic view. The house is located directly on the very nice and clean sandy beach. The city of Termoli is a few minutes' drive away.

Chiara’s place is clean and cozy. The host are friendly and very welcoming. We especially like the terrace, great place to relax and soak up the sun. It is on the busier streets, so there are streets noise and trains sounds, but the location is convenient.

Scerni offers a true taste of Italian culture, with some of the friendliest people we've ever met. The apartment is centrally located, with a grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, park, restaurant, gift shop, church, and pub all within 200 meters. We lived here 6 months with no use for a car. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and fully accessible—no stairs to enter or inside, which is great for those with mobility issues (though likely too small for a wheelchair). For a long-term stay like ours it may feel a bit compact, but it's perfect for vacations. What truly makes this place special are the hosts. Alessandro alone made the stay worthwhile—he’s become a real friend. Always helpful, warm, humorous, and welcoming. The same goes for the hosts Francesca and Annalisa. Even though he only speaks Italian, he used Google Translate to communicate at first, which helped a lot before we picked up some Italian ourselves. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Superhost for us.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; the bathroom is very clean, the bed, sheets and wardrobe are equally so, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other properties. Sara's apartment is in an excellent location, a short walk from the sea, and from the center of Vasto Marina. Vasto can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Comfortable house with all comforts, we had a very good time.

We absolutely fell in love with Casa dell Bellazza! It truly touched our hearts and we will treasure the time we spent here listening to the birds, drinking wine and enjoying the evening. Monica is a fabulous host!!! She is so warm, kind and pays attention to details. We hope to return soon!

I had a lovely stay in Luigi and Anna’s flat, the flat was very close to both the train station and the beach, and had everything I needed. I would certainly stay there again another time and would highly recommend it!

The apartment has an incredibly beautiful view of the sea! The historic old town, the train station, restaurants, the beach - everything is within walking distance. Serena was very helpful and gave us many tips for excursions and restaurants. We can only recommend the apartment!

We loved our stay at Giuseppe's place. Had some difficulties initially finding the place but the host was very responsive and helped us find it. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed (especially lovely towels). You can see the beach from the balcony. Train station right next to the building so you can hear the trains but that did not bother us and it was helpful for catching the train. We especially loved that the Via Verde cycle path is basically at the end of the road - our children loved the easy and safe cycle to Vasto marina! All in all we had a great time and would happily come back.

We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Luciano’s beautiful apartment. It is even better than shown in the photos and the view from the outside terrace and main living area is stunning. It is very central to Sulmona which has many fabulous restaurants and bars but also very quiet and peaceful and the whole apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in which we did a few times using the fresh local produce from the market. Luciano met us on arrival to show us round the apartment and have some great restaurant recommendations. We were in Sulmona for hiking and there are many excellent choices in the Sulmona area. It was our first visit to this area but we would love to return and would definitely stay at Luciano’s place.

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

Romina was very kind and responsive. She provided flexible check in and answered all of our questions. Would stay here again!

Anna was a fantastic host she was so helpful and open to answering a call when we needed . The apartment is wonderful and the veranda was enjoyed very much for lovely dinners . A short walk to the beach . The area is very peaceful and very family friendly and safe. A fantastic host and a fantastic place to spend 2 weeks . Thank you Anna you made us feel very welcome .
