There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size double bed is situated on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 with a bunkbed) are situated on the ground floor here you can also find the bathroom. A few hundred meters to the swimming area at the historic Sillegården beach. Pizzeria, as well as a 24/7 shop within walking distance. Proximity to Västanå theater, Sunne ski and bike and Sunne waterland.

The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
