Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Lovely view and private jetty down by the sea. Rowboat, floating dock and own small child-friendly natural beach belong to the amenities. Two kayaks can be rented in the summer. Bikes for free lending for trips around the idyllic sea and in the immediate area. Enjoy a relaxing hot bath in the terrace's delightful hot tub. Year round!

The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

Rosa's Stuga is een gezellig knus huisje voor 2 personen Zweeds ingericht en voorzien van 1 slaapkamer, woonkamer, complete keuken, badkamer en toilet. Midden het bos dus er kan volop genoten worden van de rust en de ruimte, u kunt zo vanuit uw huisje de bossen inlopen om uren te struinen maar met een wandeling van 10 min staat u aan het meer Värmeln En met de auto bent u binnen 20 min in het stadje Arvika, het dorpje Klässbol of op de golfbaan. De auto kan bij het huisje geparkeerd worden.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!
