A spacious, single spaced ground floor, of approx. 45 sq m, with intence elements of stone and wood and with decoration from the old Ithaca. It has a fenced yard with no view. It is located right in the center of Vathy and within a 5 minute walk are everything the visitors need during their stay.

The house is located on an old British Barracks . It is next to the sea. Its a two bedroom autonomous flat with modern and traditional style furniture with a huge balcony and a great view. Its a quiet neighborhood , 5 minutes walk from the center of Vathy. It is fully renovated.
