Une baignade comme tous les sports nautiques (contre contribution wakeboard, wakesurf, ski nautique) vous attendent au sortir de votre lit . Situé au coeur du patrimoine de l'UNESCO, des promenades dans les terrasses viticoles du Lavaux sont à votre porte ou se découvrent depuis les superbes bateaux à vapeur qui sillonnent le lac, sans oublier le petit verre de vin !

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Appartement indépendant de 3 pièces (+grande cuisine ouverte) avec un balcon et une vue imprenable sur le Lac Léman et les Alpes dans une MAISON FAMILIALE. Plusieurs restaurants et bars à proximité. Épiceries, boulangerie et tabac dans la rue. Proche de la plage et d'airs de jeux pour les enfants. Place gratuite dans le parking souterrain qui se trouve à 50m du logement. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare. J'habite avec ma mère dans le même immeuble.

Your loft in Vevey is located in the pedestrian zone directly on the Quai. A large comfortable bed (200x210cm) can be split on request. Cot(s) if required. Well-stocked library for rainy days. The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.
