Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vauvenargues

Our stay with Marie and François in Ménerbes was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for and warmly welcomed. The property itself is beautifully rustic, with an understated charm that reflects its authenticity. The apartment, housed within the stone walls of a 12th-century structure, offered a unique experience, particularly for those with an appreciation for history. We were especially delighted by the presence of the resident cats in the garden, which added a warm and homely touch to the idyllic atmosphere. Dinner was of outstanding quality, and the breakfast, though light, was well suited to the setting and our expectations. We would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking peace, character, and a genuine connection with the Provençal way of life.

Superb Provençal farmhouse, very well-equipped, perfectly clean, the pool is nice! Manon and her husband are very friendly, they recommended great places and beautiful visits in the area! Thanks to them! We had the pleasure of tasting their grapes, delicious! We would recommend this property!

Every little thing was perfection! The space was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Located on a country road, it was quiet and private. . Lovely farmhouse with antique details, yet modern and light. Jessie and Andy are superb hosts and responded to all questions and requests quickly. Such a lovely family with the 2 girls and two pups—fell completely in love with Tya, an English Springer Spaniel. Great location to visit all the sweet towns and villages of Provence. Would go back in a New York minute!

We had a delicious family stay in this charming house, well laid out, comfortable and very clean, quietly located near Aix and visiting sites. Aline decorated it with great taste and everything was designed for us to have a pleasant time: games, well-stocked library for young and old, rocking chairs, terrace that allows you to enjoy the birdsong and the green setting... enough to share the sweetness of Provençal life. Thank you so much to our host for their responsiveness, flexibility on schedules , and hospitality. A beautiful location that makes you want to come back!

Mylène's apartment was great – super clean, very cozy and had everything you need. The grounds are beautiful, and you feel right at home. We loved eating outside and relaxing by the pool. Mylène is a great host – warm, uncomplicated and always available and accommodating. We would come back anytime - 10/10, absolutely recommended!

Impeccable, clean accommodation, with everything you need, air conditioning well appreciated, all in a quiet place in the middle of the forest. The private garden is very pleasant and walks in the forest are just next door without having to take the car. I came with 2 dogs and it was not a problem for Léonard and Marine. The accommodation is also very well adapted if you have animals (well-fenced garden without overlooking neighbors and walks from the house). I'll be happy to come back if I have to stay in the area again

A charming flat on a quiet and accessible street in beautiful Aix. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was easy to find and a short walk to all the great locations of Aix. The flat is sunny and bright, with a historic church right out the window. You have everything you need in this flat, and no clutter of things you don’t need. Feels like you are living in Provence (if even for a short few days). Would stay again on what will sure to be a return trip to this amazing ville.

Great place in a great location

This was a fantastic AirBnB. Right in the city centre of Aix-en-Provence everything was walking distance. The place itself was very stylish and we felt right at home. The parking spot is also great, even though you have to walk 5 min to get there. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this AirBnB.

Very nice apartment next to Saint Charles. The south facing balcony is great for breakfast. Rooms are good and everything was clean. Very close to the city center. Tea and coffee was offered.

We were so happy to have 3 days at Guys place ....it is perfectly positioned just a few steps from the harbour and fantastic bars and restaurants an easy walk away...I loved sitting in the window with coffee every.morning watching the port come to life and the birds swooping backwards and forwards.Highly reccomend- a special place.

We had a delicious weekend at Annie & Jean-Louis! The setting is calm, bucolic, full of charm for those who appreciate an authentic and friendly place. We really appreciated the kindness and good advice of our hosts who know the area perfectly. The amenities of the place are perfect. I highly recommend this accommodation, ideally located in the heart of the Luberon.

We had a very nice stay! We were two families and the house and its layout were perfect. The garden, the pool and all the little nooks made our stay unbeatable. Jean Eric has been a very attentive host. On the day of our arrival, he waited up for us until dawn (our flight was delayed). His recommendations were very accurate and he responded immediately.

This is an absolutely exceptional rental - the very best place I have stayed in many years of travel! The property is larger than in the photos, very tastefully decorated, equipped with high quality finishings, dishes, appliances, linens, etc. The yard is exceptional- views from the large pool are stunning. Very friendly and helpful hosts - always responsive and good natured! The sent us many recommendations that enhanced our stay. Flexible on check in and check out. What a dream stay -we really hope to be back one day soon !

An absolutely perfect stay! The house was beautiful with a superb exterior. A true haven of peace, calm and relaxing, ideal for recharging and enjoying with family. A luxurious oasis in the middle of the Luberon. Within a 5-10 minutes drive are the stunning towns of Gordes, Joucas, Goult and Rousillon, with L'Isle sur la Sorgue about 15-20 mins away. The first four all have terrific boulangeries for the essential early morning croissants and coffee. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for group dining, indoors or out. The pool is the centre attraction (although slightly on the cool side), with outdoor table tennis and darts also adding to the fun. Lots of beds and chairs around the pool to capture the sun from all angles. We've left with very special memories shared with friends and family. Thank you

What a charming and authentic Provençal stay! Gerard was very welcoming and even provided us with farm fresh eggs, oranges to make fresh pressed juice in the mornings. The vineyards and olive trees were a beautiful site to wake up to each morning. We enjoyed walking into the village for dinner. We strongly recommend this amazing place.

We have a great stay here. The villa feels so secluded, nestled within surrounding pine trees. I would highly recommend to a family or group of friends, with ample space to entertain and relax!

It's impossible to appreciate what a special house this is until you walk through the door. Every aspect of it is fascinating, beautiful and well conceived. Each of the five bedrooms have their own character and decoration and the design is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with equipment that made it easy to cook large meals. The garden is lovely and the pool has a clever cleaning system which we appreciated as we all had a swim. Lastly, the location is ideal being a short walk into town in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Caroline’s villa was perfect for our stay. It felt very rural, peaceful and private, yet situated in walking distance to the small town of Cadenet and centrally based to visit all the villages and towns in the Luberon. It was very hot for our stay in June, so we spent a lot of time in the lovely pool. Caroline was a perfect host, and wanted to make sure our stay went well, and was very quick to respond if we had a question or issue. We would have liked to stay longer!
