We had a great stay at Marlieke's place and fellt right at home after arival. The cottage is very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marlieke has really thought of whatever her guests might need, from a well stocked fridge and welcoming snacks, high quality kitchen material, to even a sewing kit in case your button falls off and toys to make our daughter feel energised after a long flight. The beds are high quality, the bath luxurious, and the view amazing. With a car you can reach all interesting places (Amsterdam, Utrecht, castle, woods etc) within half an hour. Marlieke has prepared several information maps for day trips and IJsselstein itself is also a lovely little town where we went often for coffee etc. Marlieke responded quickly to all my questions and gave very useful practical suggestions. The family is lovely and our daughter enjoyed playing with the youngest girls and Soof the dog. She was also very happy to be allowed to help take care of all the animals!

Heerlijk huisje voor een weekje weg met onze peuter. Mooi rustig park en bosrijke omgeving. De tuin van het huisje biedt allerlei leuke speelplaatsen voor kinderen waardoor je als ouder lekker rustig kan zitten.

Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt in dieser tollen Unterkunft! Mia hat es uns mit ihrer Gastfreundlichkeit leicht gemacht, uns sofort richtig wohl zu fühlen. Die Unterkunft ist ein Juwel, der Garten ein Traum! Für uns als Familie mit kleinem Kind (4 Jahre) ein perfekter Ort, um zu entspannen, Ausflüge zu starten und einfach nur durchzuatmen! Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail in jeder Ecke!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had a really nice time, it's locations is great, nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby, close to the Hoge Veluwe national park

Das Bed & Wellness war sehr gemütlich, wunderbar im Grünen gelegen und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben sowohl die Sauna als auch die Lagerfeuerstelle draußen genutzt und dies sehr genossen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die Lage ist wirklich toll und man konnte die Natur und die Ruhe genießen. Zudem ist Peter sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Daher: Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub im gemütlichen Ambiente im Grünen sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Het huisje is op een kleinschalig groen park, waar je goed terecht kan met je hond. Sterker nog het was het Pinksterweekend en ik heb nog nooit zoveel honden gezien. Allemaal keurig aan de lijn en alleen maar vriendelijke honden. Met een paar minuten lopen zit je in het bos, waar - op sommige plekken - de hond ook van de lijn afmag. Er is ook een gemeenschappelijk zwembad waar je gebruik van kan maken. Het huisje is comfortabel, het bed ligt goed en ook op een fijn plekje waar je geen inkijk hebt. Communicatie met de gastvrouw, Jacq , is perfect. Ze reageert meteen op welke vraag dan ook. Dank voor de fijne dagen.

Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Frederikas Ferienhaus. Es war ruhig, idyllisch und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen (vorallem auch für unseren Hund). Friederike ist eine tolle Gastgeberin :) Sie war sehr sympathisch und hat uns herzlichst Empfangen. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort definitiv weiter und freuen uns auf das nächste mal :)

Wir haben eine unfassbar schöne Zeit in diesem geschmackvoll hergerichteten Häuschen verbracht. Alles passte: tolle Landschaft mit Kühen, Enten, Wildvögeln als perfekte Kulisse für unsere Radtouren. Wir haben uns sehr gerne am und im Haus aufgehalten - draußen die frei laufenden Hühner und drinnen das tolle Ambiente, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail bezauberte. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

Man kann den bisherigen Bewertungen eigentlich nichts hinzufügen: Das Haus ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand (wirkt alles praktisch wie neu), ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und liegt perfekt für Ausflüge in die gesamte Region, selbst Amsterdam ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Die Klimaanlage ist super und sollte bei sonnigem Wetter ausgiebig genutzt werden. Der Knaller sind aber die Kanäle, die sich direkt vor dem Haus kreuzen, dort wimmelte es von Wasser- und anderen Vögeln diverser Art, jetzt im Juni viele mit Nachwuchs; und auf der Weide schräg gegenüber grasten die Pferde. Wer gerne Tiere betrachtet, beobachtet oder fotografiert, kommt hier auf seine Kosten - Fernglas mitnehmen! Der Kontakt zu Ireen war ausgezeichnet, sehr nett und super schnell! Vorab gibt es schon viele sehr gute Tipps. Also: Top, unbedingte Empfehlung!

Wir hatten einen kurzen, sehr schönen Silvesteraufenthalt bei Gerard mit tollem Blick auf das Feuerwerk überm Wasser. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet und verfügt über einen großen Ess- und Wohnbereich. Insbesondere die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Gerard hat auf Rückfragen schnell und hilfreich reagiert. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

très bel endroit, très dépaysant et paisible. nous avons passé un excellent moment et le logement est exactement comme la description et comme sur les photos. les enfants ont beaucoup aimé!

I needed a reasonably priced get away and a place outside the busy city to stay while I adventured around Amsterdam. A bus stop was right by the house that made transportation super easy. I felt at home every night I stayed during my two weeks in the Netherlands. The local area is beautiful and really gives you the full experience of day to day life. The restaurants near by were really delicious. I spent a lot of days just resting and relaxing in the home and it was far more spacious than I could have imagined. The location, the atmosphere, the space, and the town all made for the perfect first time experience in the Netherlands. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We had a great time. The house and the facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived, the underfloor heating takes a while to warm up. If you arrive in the evening or in the dark, the access to the first jetty is a bit difficult to find, maybe a sign would help. But we can only recommend the house and will certainly come back again.

We had a great week at the chalet and really recommend staying there! The environment is very quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. Still you can easily reach cities like Amsterdam quickly. Maurice and Ashley are very kind and caring hostess, they always replied immediately to our messages.

Notre séjour a été absolument parfait ! Le logement était d'une propreté impeccable. Chaque pièce est décorée de manière qui peux surprendre, créant des espaces intérieurs que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs (on aime ou pas). Les couchages sont très confortables et sentent bon, tout comme le linge de toilette. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix la aussi vous trouverez une décoration osé😉. Quant à nos hôtes, ils ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une attention exceptionnelles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le charmant cadeau de bienvenue : de délicieux œufs frais de leurs propres poules, qui ont été des voisines très sympathiques pendant notre séjour. Nous avons également adoré saluer le cheval et le poney chaque matin !N'oublions pas un message écrit en français🥰. Seul petit bémol : même si nous n'avons pas séjourné durant une période de forte chaleur, la température peut vite monter dès qu'il y a un rayon de soleil a l'étage. Un grand merci pour cette expérience.

Her kindness and warmth really stood out—she’s the kind of host who makes you feel right at home. Overall, a super lovely experience. Would absolutely stay again!

Wir waren über Pfingsten dort, um unsere Tochter, die in der Nähe wohnt, zu besuchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich, wir haben sehr schöne Tage verlebt

Jan Jaap and Karin are fantastic hosts! The place is exactly as described in the listing and in fact better than the pictures in some cases. Clean, cozy and charming! The location cannot be beat. Walkable from the weekly market, grocery stores and the railway station. We stayed here for a month and the place had everything for a comfortable stay. The hosts were proactive in communication and very always very helpful. We highly recommend the place!

Nach einer sympatischen Kommunikation mit Maartje wurden wir herzlich von Ernest empfangen. Das Cottage ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen netten kleinen Garten. Bei Bedarf stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist fußläufig zum Ortskern von Muiden gelegen, wo es nette Cafes und Restaurants gibt. Nach Amsterdam braucht man mit Auto nach Weesp 10 min und dann 18 min per Bahn bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Maartje für die schöne Zeit in Eurem Cottage :-)

Beautiful home and location. Looked exactly like the pictures. The stay was peaceful, quiet, beautiful, and a perfect family get away. Lots of things to do nearby with a very welcoming atmosphere.

Great house exactly as shown! It takes about an hour to get to Amsterdam (walking/public transport), so be aware of that. However, we enjoyed having a place outside of the city to relax and had no problem getting in and out of the city. Such a beautiful place. Stephanie was helpful and responded quickly.
