There are four 90x200m mattresses in the attic. Guests have access to fast and free Wi-Fi and TV. Great place for families with kids. The sauna is available for an additional fee. There is Lielvārde park nearby. Daugava river is a few minutes walk away. Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed in the property.

For an additional fee, you can enjoy a sauna or jacuzzi, as well as use water or land active recreation equipment. Pedal boats, e-water boards (efoil), a boat, sup, Vespa scooters and electric bicycles are available.
