The suite features a kitchen, a comfortable seating area, and a luxurious bathroom. The beach, boulevard, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Studio Duinhuis... This custom-designed wooden house with a wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathhouse, 100 meters from the beach access! It's my lifelong dream to live with a small studio by the sea and to rent out a tiny house. Typical of the Teufen region, the house's windows open outward onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea from here. A cozy sleeping loft makes the house special, and the small sauna can be booked spontaneously (20.00/2 hours).

The house was completely modernized in 2022 and now has all the comforts, including air conditioning, a sauna and a jacuzzi. A wonderful base.
