Een aan mijn woning grenzende deel is een vernieuwde zelfstandige casita met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, zithoek en keuken. Tijdens je verblijf kun je hier genieten van de enorme rust en privacy, de ruime tuin en een privé-zwembad(50m2). Een supermarkt, horeca en bushalte ligt op 400m loopafstand en het strand van La Marina op 5,5 km afstand.
