We had a really great stay in this beautiful apartment! You have a beautiful view of the sea and the location is ideal – several restaurants are nearby. Denis was super friendly and always very quick to respond to our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a really lovely stay at this beautiful home! The house is in a great location, with stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and access to well-maintained communal pools. The rooftop balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing in the sun. The area itself is lovely, with small local shops and restaurants nearby that gave a nice authentic feel. We also really appreciated how close it was to Alicante and Santa Pola – we had some great days out exploring both. We even visited the Isle of Tabarca, which was a fantastic trip! The home was clean and comfortable, with most of what we needed. A few small improvements would make it even better: a kettle for tea would have been handy (we had to boil water in a pot), and a second lounger on the rooftop would be ideal for socialising. Also, having a second fob on the extra set of keys would make it easier for accessing the urbanización and pool if you're out separately. Albufereta is a lovely peaceful resort, amazing beach and great Tram service for travelling to other areas. 2 huge supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes. Juan's apartment is fantastic with a huge balcony (very safe as enclosed by windows which you can open) looking directly onto the beach and sea. The apartment block, swimming pool, garden and tennis courts are immaculate and the apartment itself has everything you could possibly need and more. We were often the only people in the pool. It was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. Juan was great at communicating and was very flexible. Thanks Juan for letting us stay in your lovely home.

!! A warm welcome !! Communication with Nathalie went smoothly, on arrival Nathalie happened to pass by. A nice conversation with lots of tips followed. For us, Nathalie was always open, but everything was in order. It really is a super cozy house with every comfort!! We had two dogs, this was all no problem and there is plenty of space. It was clean, bed was nice, there was plenty of air flow. Highly recommended. The location is perfect for us, we are already going to this region a few times, each village has its own charm, the area is beautiful and something for everyone. Nathalie thank you again and you will definitely see us back! Highly recommend

A beautiful house with all amenities. The photos are totally accurate, but it's even more beautiful in person. It is a very quiet area to enjoy the views of the Mar Menor. Guy Luc let us know as soon as the house was available and we were able to enter earlier. He recommended places in the area, asked us how we were doing after we arrived in case we needed anything, and was very kind at all times. There is also a projector area outside that is not seen in the photos and we were very comfortable at night. I hope we can come back! Thank you so much again Guy Luc for everything!!
