It offers a unique view of the forest and the swimming pool/swimming lane (heated from mid-May to mid-September) of 15x3.5 meters. It is located about a 10-minute drive to Lake Geneva's first beach, 15 km to Geneva and 30 minutes to the medieval city of Yvoire and 45 minutes to Evian. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children.
