Within our property, 15 m2 air-conditioned outbuilding, independent entrance on the ground floor with terrace, secure parking space in front of the accommodation, quiet. Please note the wifi is weak, the 4g works well. Vehicle highly recommended!! The faculty of St Jérôme, the Technopole of Château Gombert, the Arnavaux (market of national interest) are a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. A few minutes' walk from the hills, for nature and walking lovers.

Nice room of 17 m2, equipped with all the comforts except the air conditioning: kitchenette , washing machine, office/dining area..., I am located in a residential and very quiet area. I have a dedicated parking space and separate entrance, as well as a private terrace. Located just 18 km from Aix and 20 km from Marseille, 11 km from the airport and 20 km from Aix TGV station, 30 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue... Car strongly recommended

La Bastide des Amandiers welcomes you to L'Appart, a nice cottage for 2 people (37 m2), located on the first floor of the main building with an independent outdoor entrance. You will also have at your disposal a small private summer kitchen in the garden as well as two sun loungers. We have two other cottages on our property where we welcome people looking for peace and quiet. No deckchairs are installed around to preserve everyone's privacy.

You will fall in love with this carefully decorated home located on our property and totally independent of our main house with direct access to the pool, garden and independent terrace. You'll be the only guests during your stay. You will be welcomed in total comfort, from your queen size bed you can admire the sunrise over the pool and the flower garden.
