Within the family house we offer two apartments. In the large apartment located on the second floor of the family house we offer accommodation for eight people. All rooms have a separate balcony with a unique view of the port of Mali Lošinj. The apartment also has a spacious terrace that offers the possibility of a quiet breakfast or dinner in the open space. The smaller apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and provides accommodation for four people. The house is close to the center, and the landscaped beach is a five-minute walk away.

From the terraces one can always admire at various types of aromatic plants and flowers of our garden. If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.

This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a terrace overlooking the sea. It is equipped with a double bed and has a sofa bed. You have free parking next to the house, and a barbecue with a covered table that you share with other guests. There are several beaches nearby, from those for children to rocky beaches equipped with ladders to the sea. There's also a dog beach nearby. The distance of the beaches is 2 - 10 minutes walk.

There are 2 traditionally decorated bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with dining. There is a big garden and terraces. The house was built 1985, refurbished 2023. We offer our own parking, included in the price of your stay, located 50 meters from the house.

Apartment ROVENSKA with sea view is situated in the lovely, romantic Rovenska Bay, a historical small port of Veli Losinj ( Lussingrande). The apartment is perfect for a couple. On the first floor: bedroom, air conditioner; on ground floor: kitchen, bathroom. Wifi. Size of the apartment is approx. 26 square meters. There is not a private terrace. Not suitable for small children.
