Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Velipoja Beach

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

Great accommodation, has everything you need, and you get lots of great tips for activities and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and can only recommend the accommodation!

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

This is without a doubt one of the best value places we have stayed with an absolutely brilliant host who couldn't do enough for us and was always smiling. We had fresh apricots when we arrived and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Very cool (as assessed off an internal courtyard) with a lovely terrace overlooking the delightful garden! Only 15 minutes walk from the centre of town.

Ornela is a wonderful host. Super helpful and accommodating. The house is located in an amazing location, surrounded by great bars, restaurants and everything one might need is walking distance. Plenty of space for our family of four. We look forward staying here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Even though it was short the place worked well for us as a base of operations. Easy to walk to anything we wanted in the area.

Genti was the most superb host! Not only did he check us in super late, but even gave us his parking spot, umbrella, helped with the baby, and walked us to dinner, after a very long drive from Montenegro, where we had the most incredible traditional dinner for next to nothing in price! His place was amazing and very cozy. It had everything you could need for a family of 5 and then some! Coffee and tea available along with some of the most comfortable beds and linens any Airbnb has had, and we’ve stayed at at least 40 of them. The balcony was so perfectly situated on a busy block, but we heard nothing all night long sleeping so comfortably there. Once we got up in the morning to sit on the balcony and have our coffee, we got to see the sights and hear the sounds of a lively neighborhood downstairs. It was our only night in Albania and we absolutely loved it. Will come back again soon!

Flavia was friendly and super welcoming when I arrived! The first night I was on my own so she invited me out for drinks with her family, I felt right at home and they gave me lots of ideas of things to do in the local area😊 The apartment was everything I needed, close to the north side which was where I wanted to visit and only a minutes walk from a lovely beach, shops and restaurants! Absolutely amazing apartment! so much space, so much light, everything is made with grate taste, even dishes is beautiful, which is really rare for rental apartments. Honestly, this is the best place I have ever lived in, and I have been traveling a lot around the world. Even now, after a week we left it, I miss it and think about it like of home. And the little garden where the local cats came and hang out with us..oh, I have no words. And Budija herself is a wonderful person, whith whom we really liked to talk to. I so wish we could come back one day to spend more time in this beautiful place.

My family had a lovely stay in the perfect location - right by the beach, at the quieter end of the town. Shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was clean and organized. Beach chairs and umbrella can be rented daily and there are plenty to choose from. Finding street parking can be challenging during high season but it can be found a short walk away. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning again someday 😊

The place of Petar and Alex is an outstanding place in Ulcinj! Our family had a great time at the apartment. It was so beautiful and comfortable that we preferred to stay in the evenings home. Petar and Alex are top people and helped us a lot. We will visit the place again!

My friend had an allergic reaction and they went the extra mile to make sure he got to the hospital, they had to transfer him to the hospital in bar and they drove all the way to Bar to pick him up after the incident. I can’t stress this enough you can not get a better host. Also the house was beautiful and had a very wonderful dog.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

Our experience was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. We look forward to going back next year.
