Family-friendly holiday rentals in Velletri

Amazing location right in the very heart of Trastavere. This apartment had everything we needed for our short stay in Rome and was in a perfect location to access the sights of the city and the dining and nightlife of charming Trastavere. It was exactly as described and Germana was a friendly and welcoming host. Hopefully one day we can return.

Location was great! Very close walking distance to the Vatican. Worked well for my family of 5. Apartment is on the 4th floor with a very small elevator that barely fit our family. Luckily we didn’t mind taking stairs. It worked well to sleep and get ready in as we were out all day most of the time were stayed here. Other attractions(coliseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, etc) are not within walking distance and will need to take taxi.

This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

Loved this stay. The location is right by the Trevi fountain making it super walkable to all of Rome’s historic sites. The only downside (or upside depending on your perspective) is that it is right by the trevi fountain so always extremely lively outside. The apartment itself is stunning and looks just like the pictures. It felt very clean with all the amenities. Space is not a problem. There is really only one shower but two bathrooms. Getting in and out of the apartment was also easy and the elevator is a nice perk if you have any in your party who cannot walk up the stairs! Would stay again

Este apartamento fue perfecto para nuestra visita a Roma. La zona es tranquila y nos sentimos seguros. Puedes caminar tranquilamente a sitios turísticos y hay una estación de metro cercana. El lugar es muy bonito y agradable, te sientes en casa. Todo funcionaba perfecto.

E’ stato un vero piacere soggiornare presso la casa di Veronica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed essendo in pieno centro storico di questo bellissimo borgo la sera abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata arrivando tra i vicoli resi ancora più suggestivi dalle luci notturne fino al bellissimo Castello Caetani che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di visitare la mattina successiva, malgrado fossimo in compagnia del nostro cane Milù. Una vera chicca di questa struttura è la grandissima vasca idromassaggio incastonata nella roccia posta al piano inferìore della casa. Davvero un soggiorno indimenticabile

Sono stata in questo grazioso appartamento con la mia famiglia dopo una giornata trascorsa al MagicLand siamo rimasti incantati da questo borgo davvero caratteristico e dalla bellissima veduta che vi era dall' appartamento..host davvero molto gentili e reattivi sicuramente da ritornare

We had a fabulous stay, the apartment is cosy, super clean, really quiet, cute terrace to enjoy breakfast in the shade and afternoon sun. Every little detail is there and the fridge is stocked with items as well as coffee, sweets….Best apartment ever 💯Good backery just around the corner, supermarkets just a short walk, easy with tram 8 to the train station and city centre and bus to Vatican. We had some excellent diners in local restaurants and it was nice to get out of the busy centre. But most of all Valentina is absolutely great,reacts fast, could leave our luggage until afternoon departure. She is just the best and made our stay perfect! Grazie mille ❤️

Had a wonderful stay here! Although the apartment is a bit out of the city centre, it is very accessible by public transit and we enjoyed being surrounded by locals in a fun neighbourhood but still quiet spot for our stay.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Paco nous a très bien reçu, avec des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Il nous a donné quelques adresses et astuces pour se déplacer à Rome, Paco est de très bon conseil. Paco est très attentionné, disponible et flexible pour les départs et arrivées. Le logement est spacieux, confortable, avec une terrasse très agréable. Tout était très propre. Séjour parfait ! Merci Paco.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Z pobytu u Livii jestem bardzo zadowolona. Mieszkanie było zgodne z opisem: przestronne, gustownie umeblowane, z dużym i bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Do wyłącznej dyspozycji gości jest duży taras ze stołem i krzesłami. Często z niego korzystaliśmy pijąc kawę lub wino. Czystość w mieszkaniu i łazience idealna 5/5. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia, przybory kuchenne oraz oliwa i inne przyprawy. Livia przygotowała poczęstunek. Zostawiła też wodę w lodówce, masło oraz do wyboru zestawy herbat i kawę. Livia jest bardzo sympatyczna i gościnna. Miło zostaliśmy przez nią przywitani. Poleciła nam ciekawe miejsca do zobaczenia, przygotowała specjalnie dla gości informator i mapę miasta. Od razu zarezerwowała na wieczór dla nas stolik w restauracji. To bardzo miłe. Kontakt z Livią był doskonały. Reaguje na wszystkie pytania i ewentualne prośby. Dziękuję Livio za Twoją gościnność :)

We loved our stay here, metro is only 5 min away and the community is wonderful! We were here three months so got to know many people. It was kind of like staying at my grandmas house. Grocery stores near by( many) great coffee shops and local pubs! Having an elevator was a blessing. Most of all Lucille … words cannot describe how sweet she was to us and she went out of her way to make us welcome.

Einfaches Finnenhäuschen, mit viel Charm in zauberhafter ruhiger Umgebung. Terhi und Ivano sind wunderbare Gastgeber und standen uns immer mit Unterstützung und Hilfe zur Seite. Wir haben super Tipps bekommen für Ausflüge und viele Informationen für den Besuch von Rom. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und mitten in der Natur, trotzdem ist Rom Zentrum mit dem Zug gut erreichbar und in der Umgebung gibt es noch viel mehr wunderbare Ziele für Unternehmungen. In dem Häuschen ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei anfallenden Problemen oder Fragen stehen die beiden Gastgeber jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt bei Terhi und Ivano von ganzem Herzen weiter.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

La Fonte Su - unsere Quelle für acht herrliche und unvergessene Tage bei den freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgebern Luigia und Armando. Eigentlich sind es drei Gastgeber - Gino der Hund, küsste jeden Tag unser Herz. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar. Besser, friedlicher geht es nicht. Die Terrasse und der Blick ein Traum. Obendrein der Pool. Die üppige Natur. Wirkliche, fast unberührte Natur mit zauberhafter Flora und Fauna, begleitete uns auf Schritt und Tritt. Ein Spumante in der Bar in CANTERANO auf der kleinen sonnigen Piazza macht Freude, genauso wie Besuche zu Fuß oder by car in Rocca CANTERANO, Jenne (sehr, gutes Restaurant La Viletta) Cervara Di Roma. Ristorante Da Anna, Il Cantuccio, Contrada Rapello (unglaublich gutes Restaurant, der Service wundervoll, das Essen so und so und das Olivenöl zum warmen Brot von der Monastero San Benedetto ein Hochgenuß) - alle in Subiaco. Liebe Luigia wir kommen wieder zu Euch aus Abu Dhabi. Ihr habt uns sehr glücklich gemacht. Danke.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Marco’s place is incredible. We felt so lucky to be perched on the edge of beautiful Sermoneta admiring the view from the terrace. It was so quiet that we could only hear the birds and the insects. The pool was lovely and the house is one of a kind. We were a family of 4 and managed with taxis and the train. The train into Rome is quick and comfortable and, like many others, we really valued the peace of Sermoneta after the bustle of Rome.

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!

Il mio è stato un viaggio di lavoro e la posizione dell’appartamento era funzionale alle mie esigenze. L’appartamento di Paola era curato in ogni dettaglio, impeccabile ordine e pulizia. Paola è un host eccezionale,simpatica e sempre disponibile,mi ha aiutato dandomi la disponibilità a lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e durante il soggiorno fornendomi rapide e chiare informazioni sulla zona. Consigliatissimo

Mooie accommodatie. Ruim opgezet. Blijft lekker koel in de hete zomer. Vlot contact met de host. En Engels is daarbij geen probleem. Vooraf duidelijke instructies met een route om bij het huisje te komen. In het huisje tevens een schrijven met tips in de omgeving.
