Lots of hiking opportunities both in summer and winter right outside the door. About 1 km on skis through the forest to the Skeikampen trail network. The cabin has 5 beds, plus a pull-out bed, an equipped kitchen, a heat pump, a wood-burning stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels included. You must have a 4x4 in winter. 15 minutes to the city center and Skeikampen, 30 minutes to Lillehammer and 45 minutes to Hunderfossen.

Large, modern cabin in a great mountain area on Gålå

Bring the whole family to this unique cabin with great nature experiences in summer and winter! The cabin is located at about 900 meters above sea level with a large natural plot and with a lovely view over Gålåvannet. The plot is 1500 sqm and borders hiking terrain and hiking trail, well suited for the whole family. In winter, there are groomed ski slopes nearby and you can strap on your skis outside the cabin. Easy access by car. The cabin is well equipped and contains a living room/kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sauna, loft/TV room, sports shed and interior shed.

Welcome to the Viking farm Sygard Listad. Here you live on historic grounds. The Viking king Olav the Holy lived here in 1021, to prepare the battle against the king of Gudbrandsdalen. This happened during the Christianization of Norway. On the farm you will find the holy well "Olavskilden". Driving distance to Oslo is 250 km and the same to Trondheim. Here you can go skiing in Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, Jotunheimen National Park or Rondane. In summer you can see Peer Gynt, go on a musk ox safari or a day trip to Geiranger.

Very quiet and pleasant area, where the nearest cabin is 100 m away and otherwise it is 2-3 km to the next cabin area. There is a road all the way to the cabin during summer. (Toll road NOK 120 in summer and NOK 150 in winter) In the area, there are many great hiking opportunities, both on foot, by bike, and on skis. Approximately 15 minutes drive to Venabygdsfjellet. And about 20 minutes drive to Ringebu Landsby.
