We welcome you to this unusual accommodation, located in the heart of the Marais Breton-Vendéen in the Natura 2000 zone, paradise for ornithologists. The house (120 m²) stays cool in summer and is pleasantly heated in winter. Here’s what to know: 1-I live in the house when I'm not renting it. My personal belongings therefore remain present .2--Access is via a narrow alley.

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified as "4-star furnished Tourism". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, lime exterior coating, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
