Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Sie liegt im Kurgebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe von Bahn, Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen in die Natur. Es erwartet Sie eine Terrasse mit Bergblick, voll ausgestatteter Küche, geräumigem Badezimmer, bequemem Bett, kostenlosem Parkplatz und 2 Fahrrädern eine angenehme Auszeit. Unsere sonnige Ferienwohnung mit Balkon liegt in Sichtweite des Nahe-Radweges und befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses mit Blick in unseren grünen Garten. Unsere Unterkunft ist der ideale Ort für Gäste, die auch unterwegs nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchten. Hier findest du alles um dich zu entspannen und dich wohl zu fühlen. Gut möglich, dass du morgens von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt wirst. Egal, ob du hier Urlaub machst oder beruflich unterwegs bist- du wirst dich freuen hier anzukommen.

Es erwartet dich eine helle, ruhige Ferienwohnung von 60m² mit überdachter Terrasse und Blick in den grünen Garten. Die Souterrain - Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Rheinhessen in dem idyllischen Ort Schwabenheim an der Selz. Fußläufig befinden sich viele Wanderwege, Fahrradwege und Weingüter, sowie eine gut vernetzte Gastronomie. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, die es ermöglicht mit bis zu 4 Personen anzureisen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück

Exclusive living in the historic tower

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

Cozy studio apartment

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy plenty of space. The apartment is integrated into a typical Rhine-Hessian courtyard. You can look into the leafy courtyard and have plenty of space for bicycles or the like. Parking is not available, but you can find a way to park on the street. The studio has a sofa bed (1.45 wide) and a 1.20 m wide bed under the roof. However, you have to climb a steep space-saving staircase. Unfortunately, it cannot be completely darkened.

Fantastic getaway

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Beautiful apartment in the wine-growing town of Nierstein

55 sqm non-smoking apartment. The very spacious 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a two-party house with private access and has normal-sized windows in both rooms overlooking the garden. The vineyards are very close, the train station (good connection to Mz, Wi, F, Da, Wo, Ma), shops, the Rhine and the town center with many restaurants and wineries are within walking distance. Covered smoking area and bicycle storage, no pets allowed.

Relaxing by the forest

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Romantic 17th Century Gingerbread Guesthouse

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
