Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Our house is located in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the Großvenediger, in just 5 minutes drive you are in the center of Neukirchen am GrV. or forest in Pinzgau. The free ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogelbahn, El Dorado for skiers and snowboarders and with the "probably longest illuminated natural toboggan run in the world“ (14 km). We are therefore an ideal starting point for mountain hikers, skiers, cross-country skiers, cyclists and mountain bikers, or of course motorcyclists.

The apartment, including the Hohe Tauern Sommercard, is located in a beautiful nature reserve. The 1st ski area is a 5-minute drive away, and trails run close to our house. The area is suitable for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and people who want to make excursions in both summer and winter. From our house, there are several beautiful hiking options, including the Untersulzbach waterfall, a 15-minute walk away. You can also enjoy our quiet garden or your own balcony with mountain views.

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.
