Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Vacation bliss with a glacier view

Our house is located in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the Großvenediger, in just 5 minutes drive you are in the center of Neukirchen am GrV. or forest in Pinzgau. The free ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogelbahn, El Dorado for skiers and snowboarders and with the "probably longest illuminated natural toboggan run in the world“ (14 km). We are therefore an ideal starting point for mountain hikers, skiers, cross-country skiers, cyclists and mountain bikers, or of course motorcyclists.

Electricity and space heating come from renewable energies (solar and photovoltaic) and wood. You can charge your electric-car for free (11 KW)!

Get to know the stylish and warm interior, the large windows that provide a lot of light in the apartment, but above all confirm that you are in the middle of the mountains. The location is 150m from the ski lift, 100m from the supermarket and close to the village center. The living room has an attractive sitting and dining area and gives access to a large south-facing balcony. The apartment has eight beds, an open kitchen and two bathrooms. And not to forget, the private sauna.

New apartment with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. You have a spacious balcony with great views! The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and is modernly decorated. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Our house is quietly located and has a beautiful view. The ski bus stops in front of the door. The house has a ski room with ski boot dryer. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very modernly furnished. We felt very comfortable, the landlords live in the same house and are therefore quickly accessible. They also checked with us to see if everything was okay. For 3 people completely sufficient. Apartment larger than you can imagine from the pictures.

Everything was great, a nice clean place to stay we would book again directly & also recommend! A small minus point is that it was unfortunately a bit too cold despite fully turned-up radiators, but would still come again, as the accessibility is just right whether it is for shopping, restaurant visit or the famous toboggan run in Bamberg!!! Thanks for making us feel right at home! 🥰

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

Beautiful mountain apartment with great host! We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in the mountains! The location is simply fantastic, surrounded by nature and ideal for skiing, hiking and recreation. The apartment itself is very cozy, well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. I want to highlight the host family: Petra was incredibly kind and helpful. She asked again and again if we had everything or if there was anything needed. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the apartment!
