Stayed for Memorial Day weekend. Neighborhood was in a great location, close to everything. Venice beach is only about 3 miles away and the public beach access and parking facilities were great. We went to the beach after 4:00pm and stayed until sunset (around 8:15pm) and it wasn’t too crowded and there was sufficient parking. The house is very spacious, clean, and feels comfy and roomy. Beach towels, wagon, umbrella, and shell sifting tools were available for use which was very convenient and appreciated. We loved everything about our stay and will book again with no hesitation whenever we are visiting the area.

This home was just as pictured and squeaky clean! My friends and I went for a girls weekend and absolutely loved our stay. We enjoyed all of the space and definitely enjoyed the pool and the game room very much. Ewelina was an amazing host. Always very responsive and helpful.

We had a really good few days to attend a family wedding just up the street. Convenient location walkable to the beach and the owners have an array of beach items that guests can use. Home is very nice and having three bedrooms each with individual bathrooms was great. The pool area out back is outside but shaded making for a comfortable oasis when we are not at the beach. Chris and Kalyn were very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had and had some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Top notch vacation rental for us and our adult children and wives. Very nice!

This was such a good place for a romantic getaway! Booked for a birthday and it was everything we wanted! The hot tub was amazing and so was the area. It’s like you are transported to a tropical paradise when you step behind the gate! The perfect amount of space for two people. Tricia and David were incredible hosts! Very responsive and helpful! Truly one of the best vacation spots! 10/10 would stay here again!!

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.

Newly Renovated South Venice Paradise

I absolutely loved this quaint little get away. It quite literally was a paradise. It offered a beautiful master bed room with a fully stocked kitchen. Don’t get me started on the pool, which was just the perfect size for my partner and I. The neighbors are fantastic and did not once bother us nor did we bother them. If I could recommend a place to stay when traveling to the Venice/Englewood area I would highly recommend this beautiful house. The two of us felt right at home the entire week and not once turned the TV on during the week until the last night because there was so much to do in the local area.

Christina's studio is our favorite place to stay when we visit our son and his family. Christina is a terrific host. The location is perfect. It is close to beaches, trails, restaurants, stores, and our grandkids! The studio is clean, comfortable, and a great place to return to after an active day! We look forward to our future visits.
