The place was awesome and nice definitely will be staying there again!

This home felt like being home but ten times better. It was clean, comfortable in every aspect, and all around just was something I would love to come back and visit. The pool was sparkling, the outside area was set up perfect, the air conditioner was ice cold and we didn’t even touch the thermostat drastically. The area is great, it’s quiet and peaceful with anything you need a car ride away. I absolutely loved this place. If you’re looking to come to this area, or even remotely close to it… I have to say, this is the spot you want to be. 1 million out of 10.

My family and I had a great time . The pool was great and the house was clean and had everything we needed and listed on the description. The AC thermostat was locked but I texted host and he responded almost immediately and adjusted temp to my liking. We felt like at home . We had no issues and I would recommend this place to other people. It is a great place to stay for families specially with kids like ours.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Wow, this house was absolutely beautiful. It was decorated with peace in mind. I was able to swim and then relax all in one space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were absolutely pristine clean. Linens and comfort were a plus. Host was perfectly responsive and it was such a pleasure to be able to stay in a place were everything was perfectly set up for you. Kitchen was beautiful and the space was perfect for business or pleasure. Thank you!

We rented to evacuate from Boca Grande during Hurricane Milton. It was a perfect retreat with everything we needed to hunker down. The hosts were wonderful, kept in close contact with us before and after. I should note, the day of, at the last minute, we decided to evacuate to Miami. Came back two days later and were relieved to see that airbnb did not sustain damage, so able to resume our stay.

Our stay was great! The 2 min walk to the beach was AMAZING! Tammi was so sweet and let us check in a little early since we had a 6 hr drive. The place could use some TLC but with the hurricane that’s to be expected. Just like the photos. We didn’t care at all but you can hear the others walking in the other units and if they drop something but really isn’t a big deal. This place is perfect for a long weekend get away.

We loved staying here! The kids loved the pool and the house was great! The neighborhood was quiet. It was located close to everything we needed.

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

This property was fantastic! Located in a great spot near shopping and restaurants, it made exploring Siesta Keys so convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, a large cooler with wheels, and a cart with wheels—perfect for days at the beach! We absolutely loved the patio and pool area; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Siesta Keys and would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Truly a wonderful experience!

The villa is just as advertised very comfortable very close to anything you are planning to do in the area. I also was able to contact Robert a couple of times for a few things that I need to ask about and he was very quick in responding to me. I will definitely book with Robert again and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Robert we had a great time.

Beautiful house! Lots of room for everyone, sparkling clean! Fantastic location. Perfect for our family gathering.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! This is a great location, especially for boaters. The pool was great. The sunrise views and watching the boats come and go were incredible. You’re walking distance from the beach and some great restaurants (i.e. Temptations, Scarpa’s, The Outlet, Pink Elephant, etc.). The pool was great, especially for entertaining the kids. The house was incredible and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from Kappy’s (host recommendation) to putz around town and explore the area.

My husband and I, along with our two daughters, son in laws and 17-month-old granddaughter had a wonderful stay at Calico. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was in a great location. We enjoyed the pool, the fun games and were so grateful for the supply and use of all the beach equipment. Celine was a great host, very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you Celine for all the helpful tips, the amazing guidebook and sharing your beautiful home with us. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and we can’t wait to come back!

Pavel is an amazing host! House was spotless, extremely clean. The pool is heated and the whole pool area is beautifully lit up at night. Highly recommend!

Second time visiting Hang house!!!! Everything was spark clean and organize. The family had a great time in the pool and the weather was not an issue since the pool heater was working perfectly fine. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We loved Hang’a house and we’re planing on coming back for sure!!!

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Perfect space to get away. Victoria’s place was very clean. Had tons of toiletries. Tons of Amenities. Beach toys. Coolers. Pool towels. Matched the description perfectly. We will definitely be back!! 10/10 recommend.

This home was everything that was promised. It was huge. My family were able to check in a few hours early which really sweetened the deal. The home really suited my family needs. There were toys and strollers, beach toys, and bikes. It was awesome! Will definitely come back next year!

First time in Florida and what a wonderful house we got to stay at. The house is so beautiful we all loved the pool. Very quiet neighborhood. It’s just a couple miles away from Siesta Beach. Lots of local restaurants near by. We will definitely be back.

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and Jeff responded with any of my questions/ needs quickly!!! He made everything very easy which made checking in very smooth. Highly recommend renting from him!!! I willl be again in the near future!!!

Loved the stay! It was perfect for my work weekend trip and a long relaxing weekend! Will definitely return with family next time!
